Well, as long as I was doing the Ranma Wars cast, I thought, why not do a 
Ranma Trek cast too?

Before you ask, no I'm not going to do this until after the Ranma Wars 
story.  Just wanted to throw this together while it was fresh in my mind.

Not a bad set up, but what about swapping their positions

Perfect.  And I can see an old line being more perfect than before
"Can You be more vague Counselor?"

Lt. Com. Nabiki Tendo, Second Officer, Ops
Lt. Genma Saotome, Chief of Security

Maybe swap these two, no matter what have Genma complaining
about having to serve under his son.

The  rest are not bad, even though the Royoga as helm is obvious

Ukyou & Shampoo are not used in the first few stories.

But you will have them right?
Make Shampoo a Romulan, they have a barbaric flavor to them
