Now that I think about it, the 50% rule might be a little strict,
especially if you have a large number of grammar/spelling mistakes or
other issues which only take one line to point out.
I'll leave this as is for now, and if I end up having to manually aprove
too many posts where the quoting is not excessive, I'll raise the limit.
