Huh? Makoto is at best a hobbyist when it comes to martial arts - maybe
upper end of that segment, but still not a serious contender. Minako isn't a
martial artist at all - she plays volleyball. Rei is the only one that may
have gotten serious professional training in an art, but that art would be
kyudo, as part of her miko training. Ami might be on the swim team, but
that's as far as her physical training goes. Unless she's had some aikido
classes, which is possible.

All in all, there's not a lot of actual *skill* in hand-to-hand combat here.
And adding strength, speed and stamina to match Ranma won't help at all in a
fight against him. Coordination, tactics and experience would make the
difference in that kind of fight.

Except of course for the fact that such a fight would never happen - because
as soon as Makoto or Minako laid eyes on Ranma, he'd execute the Saotome
Final Technique and head for the hills (same goes for any senshi in
costume), if nothing else because his harem would be violently opposed to
further expansion. Similarly, Ryoga would sport a massive nosebleed if he
ever caught sight of the senshi in costume.

Anime continuity wise I can't remember Minako/Venus showing much interest
or
skill in martial arts but the point stands. Though actually in a well done
Ranma/SM crossover I can see Makoto actually studying martial arts Nerima
style. Jupiter might be tough and be able to go toe-to-toe with several of
Nerima's denizens but Kino Makoto isn't able to pulverise bricks with her
bare hands either and of all the Senshi she has the most canonical
interest
in martial arts.
Besides Ranma trying to train Usagi would just be an exercise in mutual
frustration.

Depends on which training methods are involved. Genma's meal-time speed
training would probably work, as would a couple of other things.
