Alright people, here's the promised chapters.  (and the extra one)

Once again Book 2 Ch 6,7, and 8, as well as Book 3 Ch 1-4 are revised, and I 
will note them as such.  Chapter 5, and the outake are new.

For those who don't want to read it all, just check out the ones labled new.

And Thanks to all of you who wrote that you're looking forward to the
