"Will--you--two--CUT IT OUT?" Akane seethed. She took a
step forward, but Ranma held her back.
Some of this might make more sense if we were certain which gender Ranma
is right now. It is cleared up further down.
Akane bit on her thumbnail and looked off into space.
"This could be bad. We need to separate them and talk to
{Markio : Mariko} before she spills the beans to Nabiki, or we're
never going to hear the end of this."

reached out her hand to help her sister. "Maybe we should
take you up to the room..."
Mariko yanked her hands free and crossed them over her
chest. "Akane! I really prefer boys!"
So the misunderstanding is alive and... well.
Nabiki's eyes darted between his lips to his eyes. She
slid her hand to cradle his cheek in her palm. She wet her
lips, closed her eyes, and waited for his kiss.
She may have to be more direct to make sure he understands her sexual
preference. Considering all the misunderstandings that have been going
around.
