Ideally, you might want to look for a copy of WordPerfect. I believe it
might be available as shareware.

If you're running Windows, use WordPad and save your story as a .txt
file. That should eliminate all of your formatting problems.

I apologize for the formatting. I thought i had gotten it fixed, but now it
appears that it wasn't. If it is a problem, please tell me how i can fix
it.

Here's a few suggestions:

1) Don't use M$-Turd in the first place. See how often the simple
solutions elude us. :)

2) If you do use M$-Turd, turn off the so-called auto-correct features.
Unfortunately they don't make these controls easy to find, so you will
have to hunt for them.

3) If you do use M$-Turd, save your results as plain ASCII text (which
Turd may refer to as "MS-DOS text" in accordance with the "we own
everything" view of life). Select the option to save with line breaks
unless your email client is set to wrap text, in which case you should
save without line breaks to avoid accidental double-wrapping which can
lead to
odd results. If you do the former option, you may have to experiment to
get the maximum width to be between 70 and 80 characters per line.

4) If all else fails, run your fic through a reformatter before you post
it. I believe the FAQ tells you where to download one.
