Part I.
Three weeks ago, the seventeenth Angel had been defeated.
Notwithstanding, the inhabitants of the seventh planet were not really
safe yet. The religious insanity of Ikari Gendou and the oldies from
Seele intended to finish the history of the humans in its own special
manner. In other words, the life of Katsuragi Misato was going to end
very soon. Besides, as they already knew that she had come to know
"too much", she --- quite "naturally" --- was marked for death: Misato
was going to be adequately cancelled somehow, someday, someway, before
the coming of the great "day of Redemption". Ryoji Kaji had warned her
about the actual _raisons d'�tre_ of the artificial Angels and of the
whole Human Completion Project, but she hadn't wanted to comprehend
the total meaning of his last message. Just now that she finally
understood what he had tried to say to her, it was too late. The
chance of stopping the incurable madness of her superiors had already
passed her by. Therefore, she had nothing left to lose. Now, Ikari
Shinji was the last best hope of the world. Yes, Misato was going to
reveal "all and everything" to him. However she also knew that the
ultimate decision about the future of mankind would be his and only
his. And she didn't care at all. A world without Kaji could ever be
worth saving? A world that had been planned to contain no space for
her happiness could ever deserve to be saved? Her answer to these
questions was: of course not.
Part II.
Seven cans of hot beer, two bottles of cheap whisky and ten glasses of
bad sake later, Misato found the courage that she needed for doing
what had to be done. Wearing only an absolutely transparent baby-doll,
and smelling of alcohol, garlic and onion, she went into Shinji's
bed-room.
"Konnichi-wa, Shin-chan..."
"Mi-mi-mi-mi-misaato! What the hell... My God!, you stink!"
"But so what, my dear Shin-chan? Do you think that making love to a
god is an easy task?"
"NANI?"
"Listen, Shin-chan, I've got... I've got... I've got... I've got to
tell you... I've got to tell you something important. Something...
something really really important..."
With all her haesitations just overcome, Misato kissed Shinji in the
mouth and then made him possess her. After the sacred job was done,
she witnessed the not-so-unexpected results of Shinji's initiation:
his eyes became luminous like small suns, his bioenergetic aura was
made outshiningly visible, his dark hair went whiter than white.
Literally, Shinji had been touched by the Enlightenment. Besides, as
he had never been 100% human, now there existed no one nor no thing
strong enough to put any limits to his knowledge and awareness or to
his power. Misato didn't have to say a word. Now Shinji already knew
for what she had come to him. And only because simple humans do not
have the organs required for facing the full splendor of a messenger
of The King Of The Universe without being harmed lethally, Katsuragi
Misato died in piece.
Part III.
This was the day on which Ikari Gendou screwed Ayanami Rei for the
last time. The Enlightenment of Ikari Shinji inevitably started the
Illumination of the altered clone of his mother. The creator of Rei
and Shinji was murdered by the complete and correct development of his
creations. Ayanami rushed to Ikari-kun and gave herself to her
brother.
Part IV.
Shinji healed Asuka by giving to her the kiss of life. Then
Ayanami-chan gave to her the angelical Aufkl�rung. Most thankful,
Asuka answered them both: "Wakarimasu... Hai.".
Part V.
On the morning after, the Mass-Production Models from Seele were
easily destroyed by the newborn supernatural powers of Asuka, Shinji
and Ayanami Rei. During the next nine days, the humans who had
survived the so-called Second Impact were completely deleted by Eva
Unit-00, Eva Unit-01 and Eva Unit-02 with logic and efficiency. Having
the surface of the planet been conveniently purified, the new Age Of
Gold finally began. According to what never ever would be mentioned by
the Dead Sea Scrolls, now Mother Earth belonged to the Children Of
Vishnu again. 'Twas yesterday once more.
