Its that time of the year again, time to recruit the new bloods and
continue the life cycle of fan fic writers and reviewers.  So, with
trusty U.S. Army issue clipboard, I peruse the ranks of the writers
and seek out those in their bootcamp days.

to continue the life cycle of writing.
