Actually, the one thing we know about heredity as it involves
Jusenkyo is that if the mother is in cursed form when she gives
birth, the child (and subsequent descendants will inherit aspects of
the *uncursed* form.  Thus the Musk Tribe.
     Strangely, I have never seen this applied to stories where Ranma
"accepts" being female full time and has kids.

But Ranma only changes sex and not species.  Unless we assume that this
means that all the girls are born hermaphrodites I don't really see much
we can do here - and a total zilch for boys.  Sure we can say that the
children bear resemblence to Ranma's boy form, but he'd be their mother
and they would bear resemblence anyway (assuming we accept Ranma's girl
form as what his twin 'sister' would look like).  Ranma doesn't have any
characteristics which stand out (black hair? blue eyes? pigtail doesn't
count... perhaps tendency towards chaos - doesn't really require curse,
just part of bloodline; charm? japanese features?).  Ranma-chan's red hair
stands out a lot more.

It's an interesting idea, but I don't see how to expand on it...
