Author's Note:

Hello!
      Well, its..uh...been about two years now.  Perhaps a little more?  
Anyways, I'm not going to bore you with reasons why I'm so late, just be rest 
assured that there are reasons.
     This chapter has been a long time in the writing.  All my other 
chapters, even the huge chapter three, were written all at once for the most 
part.  This chapter came one paragraph at a time, over the last two years.  I 
certainly don't plan on it being this way for the future chapters.  And I 
hope that the chapter does not suffer for it.
     There is also the fact that I could not get in touch with the man who 
usually pre-reads for me, so that is a double whammy against me.  I hope he 
is okay, as his web page has not been updated in a long time, and my e-mails 
have gone unanswered.
     What is next?  Well, I am currently working on a Ranma/Sailormoon 
crossover that is most of the way completed, and don't be too surprised if 
you don't see a Lemon story or two show up.  Also in the back on my mind is a 
Ranma/X-Men and a Ranma/X-Men/Gold Digger crossover.  And I really should get 
back to work on that Ranma/Jumanji I started that got me into writing fan 
fiction is the first place.  Heck, I might even write that Ranma/Michael 
crossover (you know, that movie with John Travolta?) I thought up years ago.
     But this fic will always be first, so expect more chapters, and a lot 
quicker than this one took to come out.
     Hmmm, that is all I can think of now.  I may have a longer Author's Note 
and perhaps a Rant on the version I send to Tannim's web site.

     By the way, I lived down South (South Carolina and Georgia) for eight 
years, and yes I did know people who spoke like Carpenter, so no comments 
about me being stereotypical or anything.  That being said, if you have 
suggestions on better slang usage or anything, let me know!
