Steed seems like a redundant choice as is.  He does nothing that Drake
doesn't do, and is sane to boot.  A hint to his superfluity is the
fact that you didn't give Steed a single line.  Reducing one of my
favourite characters to a spear carrier simply isn't on.

Steed does indeed have several lines, (although they are mostly towards the
end, and there's two Johns, so you may have missed them) I've included Steed
for a couple of reasons; a) he's the only member outside the Brigadier who
plays well with others, and has the temperament to put up with the disparate
personalities in the group, and b) it wouldn't be the same without him. He
will play a more important role in the second part.

My suggestion is that you have Steed recruit the members of the League
and otherwise stay back and let them go at it, playing the Campion Bond
role while Lethbridge-Stewart plays M.

I *did* toy with that idea, but Lethbridge-Stewart provides a link to
******SPOILER DELETED****** and is therefore important to the plot.
