I didn't much care for this story, so I'm not going to say much, but here
goes:

To be consistent, I hope you have Mousse and Shampoo as changed from their
manga personalities as Ranma is.  If Cologne pounded all of these niceties and
formal behaviors into Ranma, it would make absolutely no sense for Shampoo, at
least, to not share these traits to a large extent.  For her to be otherwise,
you would need to show some justification that goes against the normal
expectation that Cologne had a large role in Shampoo's upbringing.  If Shampoo
is different in this way, then Mousse would also need to be changed to
accomodate.

If Shampoo goes around breaking down walls, or talking like an idiot (which
fanfics seem to blow out of proportion), or anything similar, well, you'd
better have a good reason why.

That's all I have to say about the story.  On another note, variations of this
have been done before.  One of them had Ranma showing up ten or so years late
with Shampoo and Ryouga (IIRC) in tow.  He had gotten the impression that he
was supposed to challenge the Tendou Dojo, and so trained for all that time to
make sure he would be strong enough to win.  Was that the previous version of
this story, written by you?  If not, you should look into it, because the
similarities are rather large.  I checked yahoo and google (string '"for honor
and love" ranma') and found only your page(which doesn't show a previous
version).  I also checked Rakhal's and the TASS archive.  If the story I'm
thinking of has the same name, then for some reason it's in none of those
places.  I do hope it was you who wrote it, considering the extreme
resemblance.
