I don't know about chi assisted techniques but Lord Talon's(aka Peewee) ninja Daishi does a chi blast named Hadoken. However I can't remember him accually hitting Cheetah with it. I believe Julia Diggers and Her Master Leap know both chi assisted and chi blasts as well as others in the Jade realm But such attacks are still not on the list of things that will permently harm werefolk.
