Hello,

I'd like to announce the first public release of Reform, a fan-fiction
formatting tool that I wrote to format my personal fan-fiction archive.
A friend told me I should release it to the public, and after much feet
dragging on my part, here it is.

Reform is Microsoft Windows Win32 console program (i.e. non-windowed)
that has a variety of options and features, such as command tags and
being able to read from/write to stdin/stdout.

comments/ideas are welcome.
