Urd knows about money. Just 8 chapters previous to
where this starts, she asked Keiichi for money to buy
clothes because her license was suspended and she
couldn't conjure them. Of course, it would be just
like Urd to forget to ask Keiichi or else not bring
enough and try to sneak out with the bottles anyway.

Iirc, however, she wasn't too sure about how it worked when she was talking to
Shouhei in this story.  She asked about having to spend his money, whatzit?,
to get her sake, or something along those lines.  So I exaggerated that a
little bit.

Police?  Remembering his earlier comment, she
decided to keep the
question to herself, not wanting to reveal further
ignorance.

In that same chapter, Urd on a motorcycle was chased
for several minutes by several squad cars. She's very
aware who the Police are, though Ranma's comment would
still catch her by surprise. I doubt she would have
thought about being chased by them, again.

Well, looking at that other chapter, I think she would have expected it, for
stealing.  I'm just gonna ignore it, though.  It's more fun to go with her
being somewhat ignorant of such things.  ^_^;

"Okay, Belldandy," Skuld said dubiously, "but I'm
still going to build
something just to be on the safe side.

Could you have somebody else call Belldandy by name?
Skuld always says "big sister".

Yeah, but I had her say 'big sister' just two paragraphs previously when
addressing Belldandy.  That's why I used her name, instead, to avoid
repetition.  So I'll just take 'Belldandy' out, instead, and it will read,
"Okay," Skuld said...

Belldandy stared down at her food for a minute, then
brought her eyes
back up to look at Urd.  "Does he know you're a
goddess?  If he can see
auras, he should be able to figure it out.  If he
was here, he could
probably sense the same thing about Skuld and I."

Skuld and I => Skuld and me.

Um... why?  One of the few things I remember in english class while growing up
was teachers trying to beat that 'x and I' thing into my head.  ^_^;

I enjoyed this a lot. Interesting twist on the Shouhei
theme.
