Depends on if it's a conventional reactor or one of alien design. Could be
it's just Mandy's elaborate alien breadmaker and it needs the water to keep
from overheating and it only has readings like a reactor. :)

Hmm. I should have looked up SD's costume design again. I thought he had
wavy lines across the midsection that looked like a white 'M' and 'W' over
one another. Too thin and nowhere near as garish as most of Simon's outfits.
Still a contest which of his was worse. The puss green jetpack version
around West Coast Avengers 10, or his red 'Daktari' getup from around the
Avengers 170's to WAYYY too long.

Nope. Nabby's the only one truly suspicious. Akane/Thor is more concerned
about smiting and staring at CJ's butt at the moment than listening to what
he's actually saying. Besides, Akane's not always good at piecing together
identities with clues, a la P-Chan.

Praying it was nothing more than an errant heart palpitation and that
Swordsman didn't try to press an advantage, she prayed and rebooted her
armor.

Maybe not. I might be doing that Dual! fic next (though it promises to be
much shorter. Maybe 3 chapters). It all depends on what the muse whispers in
my ear. Hoping to get time to do some writing tomorrow. We'll see if I can
