Does anyone know the laws and boundaries Japanese Police and Private
Investigators must follow, the resources they have at their disposal, or
have directions to any web-based, English-language resources detailing such
matters? The information would be used in a fanfic (of course), and a
synopsis and/or complete link list would be posted to the mailing list for
the edification/education of our fellow list members afterwards.
