I come up with way too many fic ideas to ever even try to write.  As always, feel free to take these for yourselves if you feel compelled:

Responsibility 1/2:  While in the hospital recovering from internal injuries suffered during the battle with Saffron, Ranma meets Itzuki, a 23-year old woman who is in the hospital recovering from at attack by her alcoholic, abusive husband.  Against his better judgement, Ranma becomes her protector.  The story is told from the POV of Akane, who watches helplessly as Ranma falls in love with Itzuki and develops an unhealty co-dependant relationship with her.  Akane becomes torn between telling Ranma's parents about the affair (and saving her family's honor) and protecting the pair because she knows no one else will stick up for Itzuki.  Things come to a head when Itzuki's husband finds out about the affair and attacks Ranma, right as Nodoka is pressuring Ranma to propose to Akane.

Triangle-  Another "unhealty relationship" fic, and probably the closest I've ever come to doing  a self-insert fic, based on my own experiences in high school:  Akane forces Ranma to join the drama club in an effort to get closer to him.  That plan backfires when Ranma falls for Kaori, the star of Furinkan's big spring musical.  Kaori is flattered by Ranma's attentions but is still hung-up on her ex-boyfriend, Tatewaki Kuno.  Then Kuno wins the lead in the play opposite Kaori, which, coupled with the usual egotrips and psychological meltdowns associated with stage productions, cause Ranma to suffer a minor breakdown.  Will Ranma sacrifice his family honor and convince Kaori to get over Kuno, or will Kuno get his ultimate revenge by taking Kaori back and breaking Ranma's heart in the process?

Jealousy 1/2:  There are lots of fics where Ukyo and Ryoga pretend to date in an attempt to make Akane and Ranma jealous, and then fall in love for real.  In this one, their plan works.  Akane and Ranma become jealous and split-up.  A Ryoga gets Akane/Ranma gets Ukyo fic.
