You know, jumping out and insulting someone's fanfic like this with no

I am *not* an Ukyou fanboy, but I do happen to like that story, simply
on
the basis that it's very well written, like all of Zen's work.
I'm inclined to agree here with Doug Reeves statements (that that was
rude.
Haven't read TLaWR, so I have no opinion on that) and I too have heard
quite
a few people say they'd like to see more of TLaWR, the majority of them
not
being Ukyou fanboys (at least open ones).
Of course the problem with that is that the story's over. When last I saw
it,
Ranma had finished severing all of his other emotional and familial
connections and
irrevocably gone off with Ukyo. There's nothing left to do except write
the lemon.
Hey, the story was over less than halfway through chapter one.
Everything else is simply very well written anticlimax.
I'm not going to deny that TLaWR is a well written piece of work, it's
just that in my case it wasn't well written enough to override the fact that
it takes place in a setting with relationships and personalities changed in
a myriad ways, and doesn't really try to explain most of them.
Of course I'm probably harsher on that point then most. If anyone's
interested, I'm sorry for the delay on the next chapter of 3x3 eyes, but
besides RL distractions, the story's requiring a few throw away characters
and I'm having trouble thinking up their backgrounds, motives,
personalities, and things to round them out.
