[FFML] Re: [Announcement] The DPR Reduced Ranma

Actually, I found the comments on the SITE regarding my fics to be QUITE humourous. I rather enjoyed it.

I believe that Doug was referring not to the site, but to a comment made afterwards.

And to answer the question posed by the 'audience' whether they be the general population or the raving Ukyou fanboys (go get 'em, troops! ^_-), is that I hope to have more of LaWR out sometime early in the year... there are a couple of things ahead of it, and RL has been... interesting, of late, but I have actually been writing. ^_^

If you're gonna gett all offensive about this, you might as well write a scathing letter to the DPR as well, since they mock fun of other fics. As I like to tell people, it's a comedy! When you get too serious about little things like this, then it's time to stop and go watch something else...

I thought the site was rather humorous, despite the teasing attitude of some of my other fav fics. ^_^

You know, jumping out and insulting someone's fanfic like this with no
provocation is rather rude.

I am *not* an Ukyou fanboy, but I do happen to like that story, simply on
the basis that it's very well written, like all of Zen's work.

I'm inclined to agree here with Doug Reeves statements (that that was rude.
Haven't read TLaWR, so I have no opinion on that) and I too have heard quite
a few people say they'd like to see more of TLaWR, the majority of them not
being Ukyou fanboys (at least open ones). As to the DPR Ranma FF archive
itself, very humorous overall, nice use of tongue in cheek humor, IMO (and
being a victim of it, I'd like to think it carries some weight, for a
change). And in answer to the question to me on the page, 'Oui, it's very,
very long. ^_^'
