Outlaws
Disclaimer: you know the drill
Chapter 1
It was an early Saturday morning. Saotome Ranma and Tendo Akane
were sitting on one of the seats of a bus heading for Juuban to shop.
" Akane, tell me something. Why am I always the person that you shop
with?" Ranma asked Akane.
"Ranma, trust me, if I could, I wouldn't take you, but my dad won't let
me go without you, for protection. Ok?"
"Fine." he grumbled.
" Town of Juuban." The driver said . Akane and Ranma, along with many
others, got off the train.
A while later, Ranma and Akane were walking over when they saw a black
and yellow blur try to hit Ranma.
"Prepare to die, Ranma!" the blur shouted.

Somewhere else in Juuban, Tsukino Usagi was also doing a bit of
shopping. She was just coming out of a store with a massive bag full of
clothes, when she saw a familiar young man walking down the same street
as her.
" Hi Mamo-chan!" she called to her boyfriend.
" Hey Usako! How are ya?" Chiba Mamoru asked.
"Fine. Do you want to do some shopping with me?" The fifteen-year-old
asked.
"Sure. I saw a new mall. Let's check it out meatball head." Mamoru
answered.
"Sure, but you better stop calling me that." she responded. Just as they
started walking they heard a few screams and one voice shouting. Fearing
that they might have to do a bit of fighting, Mamoru and Usagi ran over
to the source of the shouts.
"What the... this damage was caused by mere BOYS!" Usagi shouted out. She
saw two boys just beginning to fight. Then she saw the reason of the
screams. Apparently, the boys weren't paying much attention to anything
other than themselves and each other. And there was a girl shouting at
them.
"Hey, stop it!" the girl shouted.
"Akane, I'd love to, but Ryoga is always attacking me!" one of the boys
said as he pushed himself off the ground.
"What are they doing?" Usagi asked after she dodged an strange energy
blast that he too had dodged. She could feel the heat of the attack as it
passed over her. She watched as the pigtailed boy prepared a energy
attack, and she looked up at the exact moment that he was charging it.
What she saw during that moment made her wonder. During his charge time,
she saw the clouds flash blue for a millisecond while the martial
artist's aura flashed the same color as he launched his attack.
"Moko Shoten Ha!" Somehow, even Akane was surprised by the raging
tornado. 'Ranma was able to do the hiryu shouten ha without Ryoga's
battle heat. Strange.' Akane thought. But before Akane was able to ponder
this question, Usagi repeated her question.
" Hey, do you know why are they doing this?"
Akane sighed." A while ago, Ranma, that's the boy with the red shirt, and
Ryoga, the other boy, went to a school for boys. From what Ranma
remembers, it was lunchtime around the start of a new semester. There was
only one piece of a certain kind of bread. Ranma told me this about a
year ago, so I can't remember all the details of the bread names. Well
Ryoga, that's the boy with the bandanas, well anyway, Ryoga almost had
the last piece, but Ranma kicked him out of the way and got the piece
instead. That went on for a while, actually. So Ryoga is always trying to
kill Ranma. Oh, by the way, I'm Tendo Akane ."
"Shi Shi Hokodan!" Ryoga shouted as soon as he was out of the tornado. A
bit later, Ranma finally decided that he had had enough. He ran quickly
into many different alleys, making Ryoga follow him. Soon, Ryoga had
gotten himself lost.
"Finally. I hope that he doesn't find his way out of there soon. I'm
exhausted." Ranma sighed.
"Ranma, are you okay? That was one of your longer fights." Akane asked.
"I'm fine Akane, but since when were you always worried about me?" Ranma
asked.
"Um, what do you mean, that that was one of your longer fights?" Usagi
asked.
"Oh, you know when I was telling you a bit of Ranma's history, well, that
wasn't the first time Ryoga's tried." Akane replied.
"Oh. My name's Chiba Mamoru and my companion's name is Tsukino Usagi,"
Mamoru said.
" Hi. My name's Saotome Ranma and she's Tendo Akane ." Ranma also
introduced them.

While Usagi, Mamoru , Ranma, and Akane were meeting each other, Mizuno
Ami was going over to a shrine to ask Hino Rei some questions.
"Hi, Ami-chan, come on in." the Shinto priestess welcomed her guest.
"Hi Rei-chan. I was wondering, have you done any fire readings about
Senshi business." Ami asked.
"Actually, I have tried to see the future of the Senshi s but all I get
is two girls I don't recognize in sailor fukus. One looks a bit like you
except her fuku color's orange and white, with a mallet in place of a
jewel in her tiara, and her hair is black. The other one has red hair
tied back in a braid and she is wearing a gray, blue, and white outfit.
And, instead of a jewel in her tiara, there's a yin yang. Oh and there's
also a sun and a cloud in the background. Then, the redhead becomes a
cute hunk with black hair braided in some clothes that look a bit like
Tuxedo Kamen's except that his mask covers his whole head and it's white.
Also, he has no cape and no hat and the outfit's more grayish." Rei
described her vision.
"Hmm. Do you think that means we might find some more Senshi?" Ami
wondered out loud.
"Might. Who knows, maybe that's what it means. But what about the
red-head turning into a guy?" Rei questioned.
" I don't know for sure, but I have read about a legend about a training
ground called Jusenkyo. In it, everyone who falls into one of the many
springs turns into whatever fell into it first. Maybe that's what
happened, Rei-chan I'm not sure." Ami replied.
"Oh, well. I was hoping that you would be able to interpret it." Rei
sighed.
" Well, I'll talk to the others about it and see if they understand. See
you later Rei-chan." Ami waved goodbye.
"Bye, Ami-chan." Rei replied.

*** ***
"Ahh! A monster! Help! Help!"
" What? A monster? Oh, great. Another one." Minako sighed. She then
tapped her communicator. " Usagi-chan, can you come here for a second?
There's another monster over here." She asked her reluctant leader.
"Oh, Mina-chan! I just got home and Daddy wants me to show him the new
clothes I got. Oh, all right. Daddy, I can't show you right now. OK?
Bye." Usagi put her shopping bag down and raced into an alley. Then she
transformed and ran over to Minako's house.
" Good I called the others. They should be here any minute now. Well,
let's get started.
"Venus Crystal Power...Make UP!."
"Venus Love Me Chain!" Sailor Venus brought out her chain and tied up the
demon, but it just broke the chain.
" Burning Mandala!" Mars soon came into view.
"Supreme Thunder Dragon!" Jupiter cried, showing herself.
"Shine Aqua Illusion!" Mercury soon came.
" Moon
A bit later, the Senshi had defeated the monster and since they had never
seen one of that one's kind, Ami began to see if she could get anything
on it on her computer.
"Hmm. Well, my computer can't give me any information." Ami finally put
her computer down.
" Who do you think is behind this attack?" Minako asked.
"No Clue. Maybe Luna or Artemis will know something about when we get
some more info." Rei answered. "Later I'll do a fire reading."
" Bye," everyone says in unison.

*** ***
"Mama, why don't we live in the Moon Kingdom anymore?" Little
Princess Riana asked her mother one day.
" We were banished, honey. Yet even I don't understand why. The Sun and
the Cloud inhabitants were always in peace with the other royal families.
Yet I believe it has something to do with Ryu's almost killing some
people while he was in the neko-ken."
"Oh. I wondered why Princess Usagi always said she and her mother felt
sorry for us. But if they do, why won't they let us back?" Riana inquired
of the queen.
" When a kingdom is banished, they cannot come back."
" Okay. Anyway, can Ryu and I go play with Akana? She's invited us."
" I suppose. But be back before it gets dark." Queen Kinya replied.
" Thanks! Ryu and I will! 'Bye!" Riana sprinted towards the main door
of the palace.
Later, Ryu, Riana, and Akana were playing when there was a
knock at the door. Expecting it to be Queen Lissek, Akana's mother,
telling them it was time to leave, Ryu quickly put his black mist over
him, as he now must when in public, stood up, opened the door, and bowed
to... Queen Serenity and Princess Serenity, Mistresses of the Moon
Kingdom!
"Queen Serenity, Princess Serenity, what an honor this is! To what
do we owe this royal visit?" The boy shrouded in black mist asked, still
surprised.
" Why, you! We have come to give an offer of you three being part
of the Sailor Senshi." Princess Usagi exclaimed, grinning at the
astounded face of the three outlaws.
" Akana could be Sailor Sol, Riana Sailor Cloud, and Ryu could be
Rune Knight!"
" Why Rune Knight?" Ryu asked curiously.
"Well, most of your attacks would be done by you writing runes." The
queen explained.
" We gladly accept the offer, except for the titles. As we are outlaws,
please do us the honor of taking away 'Sailor' and just allow us to be
known as Sol, Cloud, and Rune Knight." Riana requested of the royal pair.
"Of course. Just say either Sol Magic, Cloud Magic, or Rune Magic,
depending on who you are." Queen Serenity instructed while giving Riana
and Akana each a bracelet and Ryu a watch before leaving.

Two teenagers sat up on their futons. They had both had the same dream,
although they didn't know it. And for some reason they found they each
had a bracelet, although one of them had a watch also, in his hand. They
couldn't help saying one of the phrases while holding the hand with the
bracelet in the air they had been told to say in order to become a Senshi
, which they did. Once they did they both knew they had to go to a
certain park.

A bit earlier that night, Rei woke up. She had just had a feeling that
a demon was nearby. She quickly got dressed, called her teammates, and
told them of the feeling.
Ami told her, " My computer just told me the same thing. It's at the
park nearest Nerima. Let's go."
" Right!" Everyone agreed.
" Moon Crystal Power...!"
" Mercury Star Power...!"
" Venus Star Power...!"
" Mars Star Power...!"
" Jupiter Star Power...!"
"...Make up!"
After everyone was transformed, they all went to Cherry Tree Park.
Author's notes- How do you like it? This is my first fanfic, at least the
first one I'm putting up. Also it's one of the first stories I've
written. I want to write at least five chapters, but my updates will
take a while. I like reading other people's fics more than I like writing
them, but I've got a lot of ideas so I want to get them out.
Outlaws

Chapter 2
"Ahh! That thing's not only armored and strong, but it's fast too!"
Sailor Moon screamed as she barely dodged a tentacle of the very ugly,
not to mention utterly disgusting, extremely huge, demon. Suprisingly it
had a very little head. It had ten long, ugly tentacles, five of them
holding large clubs.
"Uh, oh," She said as it finally managed to catch her. "I don't this is
going too well." She then screamed as it started squeezing her.
" You can put her down, demon. I know it's us you want." Everyone
turned to see two girls, dressed in senshi fukus. The one who had spoken
had on a gold and white fuku, with a hammer instead of a jewel on her
tiara. This one had gold boots and black, cut short.
The other one had a gray and white fuku with a yin yang instead of a
jewel with her tiara. She had sky blue boots, with clouds all over them.
Her red hair was tied back in a pigtail.
" We are the outlawed senshi. And you are..." Spoke the second one. As
soon as she spoke the last word, the second one disappeared into a thick
mist.
"Wha...?" A surprised Salior Moon tried to say. All of a sudden, the
mist rose and disappeared within the clouds.
"What in the world happened?" Mercury finished for her.
"Don't ask me, but I think we better run for cover. When Cloud attacks,
the results can be pretty devastating." The first one commented. As they
ran, Salior Jupiter looked back just in time to see a patch of clouds
glow a dark blue.
"What is that..." she started to say, but before she could finish, a
blue streak rushed out of the clouds, and on an equally astonished ugly
little demon head.
"...Dead." Cloud finished as the demon dissolved, along with
the nearby trees and grass. The senshi and the first one covered their
eyes as
A little later, the two strangers were about to leave when Mars
shouted, " Wait! Who are you two?"
"As I said before, we are the outlawed senshi. I'm Cloud and
this is Sol. Also, I have brother, the Rune Knight. Oh, and the attack I
used was 'Mystic punch', very devastating."
"Oh, um, Sailor Cloud, why isn't your brother here?" Mercury
asked.
" How did you do an attack without announcing the attack?"
Sailor Moon demanded.
"Don't call me sailor, we aren't sailor senshi, we're senshi. And Rune
always travels in shadows when he's the Rune Knight or in public, so
you'll never see his true form. I can't even sense him, though I can
sometimes see his true form. To the other question, Sol and I don't need
to announce the attacks. Maybe you do, but we never have had to." Cloud
replied smugly.
" Yeah, and now you should do what Cloud and I are about to, go
home and go to sleep." Sol added.
*** *** *** ***
"You know, they're right. Let's go, mina." Luna said while
wondering, 'Who are they? I can't remember either of those two. Maybe
they are from some other galaxy.'
"Fine, Luna. Let's go Artemis. My dad will probably have a fit. He
hates it when I'm out this late. " Minako agreed.
" Bye, mina," The others said in unison.

*** ***
" Cloud, who was that man you were talking about? That Rune Knight? I
don't remember him in my dream of the silver millennium." Sol questioned,
while trying to keep up with Cloud.
" He wasn't, but his true form was in my dream. He was Ryu.
Remember?" Cloud noticed Sol almost running. She slowed down.
" Oh, him."

*** ***
"Artemis, do you or Luna remember anything about the outlawed
senshi?" Minako inquired of the two cats two days later during another
meeting. It was, of course, near Rei's Great Fire.
" And what about them saying, 'We know it's us you want.'?" Rei
questioned right after Minako.
"No, I don't." Artemis replied.
" Same here. We don't remember anything. What's wrong Usagi?" Luna
noticed Usagi looking unhappy.
"Nothing. I just remembered the dream I had last night. In it Queen
Serenity and I were walking towards a palace that looked like a half
sun." Usagi frowned slightly as she recalled her dream.
"Anything else?" Rei asked eagerly.
"Yeah. Three teens were talking somewhere. I think two were the
outlaws. The other was a young man. He bowed to us. Then I said
something." Usagi spoke quickly to her friends as she replayed the scene
inside her mind.
"What were you saying? Could you hear it at all?" Ami asked as
eagerly as Rei.
"Couldn't hear anything. I could only see it. They were looking a bit
upset, but also surprised. That's all I remember. Sorry guys" Usagi
apologized
"Hmm, maybe those were the outlaws, and the boy is that Rune Knight
or whatever his name was. Wish you had dreamed more." Ami rubbed her chin
thoughtfully.
"Hey, Usagi-chan, Grandpa taught me a technique that might help us
see something in a vision. I put one hand one your head while you
concentrate on your dream. Then I try to get more in a vision everyone
can see. Wanna try?" Rei excitedly explained.
"It might work, but even if not it's worth a try. But will you and
me be able to see it?" Usagi considered the offer.
"I think so. That's what Grandpa told me, anyway. Well, even if we
can't, the others can tell us about it. Well, then let's start, shall
we?" Rei put her hand on Usagi 's head while they both concentrated; Rei
on making it work, Usagi on remembering her dream perfectly. In a couple
of seconds, everyone saw and heard the dream Usagi had, except with more
details.
Two people are walking towards a beautiful palace built like a rising
sun. One of them is queen, Serenity of the moon kingdom. The other is
her daughter, Princess Serenity, heir to the Moon Kingdom. When they get
to the gate, astonished guards bow.
" Will you please take us to Princess Akana of the Sun Kingdom?" The
queen asks the guards, who have a full sun on their sky-blue armor.
"Of course, your royal highnesses." One of them answers before bowing
again and then he starts to walk towards the palace, leaving the other
guard to watch their post.
A little later,
The guard brings them to a closed door, but they can hear people
talking and laughing together inside. " Here is her room, your majesty.
Please permit me to return to my post."
The scene changed, and the seven viewers saw inside the room. There, they
noticed three teens playing some sort of card game.
"Your turn, Akana." A teenaged girl with flaming red hair days to a young
woman with black hair cut to the top of her throat.
" I'll ask. Alright... Okay, Akana, here's one: A famous joke
beginning." A young man holds up a card.
"Simple. Knock-knock." Akana says almost instantly, then freezes as she
hears the sound she just said.
"I'll get it." The boy quickly puts up a black mist that almost hides
him from sight, then he gets up and opens the door, bowing. He then looks
up and says shocked,
" Queen Serenity, Princess Serenity, what an honor this is! To what do
we owe this royal visit?"

"I thought sailor senshi had henshin rods, not watches and bracelets."
Riana whispered in a surprised tone.
" I personally agree with Princess Riana on her last comment. I'm
surprised that Queen Serenity gave them watches and bracelets, instead of
henshin rods." Ami commented quietly.
" Well, they're outlaws, not sailor senshi, remember?" Usagi
reminded her.
"Well, now we have some information on them, what do you guys
think? Should we just wait until the next demon comes, or should we
pursue them? I think we should pursue them." Makato asked.
" I agree with you Mako-chan." Minako said. The others also agreed to
pursue them, not wait.
Soon Rei was preparing for a fire reading.

Ranma and Akane race to the school, just minutes before the late bell
rang. They had had a busy night, and both had overslept until Kasumi
shook them awake.
