If nothing else, Ranma's sperm could be implanted in
his cursed form's eggs or something of that nature, birth defects through
incest aren't, AFAIK, a problem until it's been going on for several
generations, and even with both gene sources being Ranma it's unlikely to

be

a problem since he is a rather prime specimen of each sex, so unhealthy
recessive traits coming out in the child probably wouldn't happen.  Birth
defects are also something that could be expected to be correctable by

this

stage, anyway...

Or perhaps Nabiki would be willing to donate some of her eggs... for a small
fee, of course.  Or maybe a not-so-small fee. ~_^  They could be fertilized
with Ranma's sperm and implanted into Ranma's onna-form.  Then they could
have children with a greatly reduced risk of defects.
