I've seen a few attempts before, though I'm not sure I could put 
my hands on one right away. A few problems here (this is going according
to the manga events, as opposed to the anime).

T=-25+ years - Start of Genma and Soun's training under Happosai
              [If they're 16years old here, this makes them 41+
               at the start of the manga]
T=-19.? years - Happosai trapped in cave

     Things to consider - when did Happosai meet Hinako? And when did
he curse Taro? I personally think he trained Soun and Genma for more than
six years, but that's just an impression.

     From his asking for Akane at his first appearance, I would guess that
he was not imprisoned until after her birth.

T=-10 years - start of Genma / Ranma training trip.
T=-8.? years - Ranma taught 'catfist'

     The trip should be more like 14 years ago. Ranma looks to be about
two when the contract is signed. Also, Ranma learned the Neko-ken at
the age of ten (6 years ago), not eight.

T=-8.? years - Genma runs off with Ranma & okonomiyake stall

     Ranma is said to be six at the time, so that's ten years ago.

T=-5 Ranma catches some time at an all boys school with Ryoga

     They were in junior high together, so this was anywhere from a
few months to three years ago. Considering his difficulty remembering
Ryoga, I would guess two to three years.
