events?

Alternatively does anyone have information or informed* speculation
to add to the following. [Warning, mostly guess work].

It might be better to take this to email - if it looks like this
is going to take over the FFML ^_^

T=-25+ years - Start of Genma and Soun's training under Happosai
            [If they're 16years old here, this makes them 41+
             at the start of the manga]
T=-19.? years - Happosai trapped in cave
T=-19 years - marriage of Mr. and Mrs. Tendo
T=-19 years - marriage of Mr. and Mrs. Saotome
            [If she's 18 here (for example), this makes her
             37 at the start of the manga]
T=-10 years - start of Genma / Ranma training trip.
T=-9.? years - death of Mrs. Tendo.
T=-8.? years - Ranma taught 'catfist'
T=-8.? years - Genma runs off with Ranma & okonomiyake stall
T=-5 Ranma catches some time at an all boys school with Ryoga
T=-2.? years - Ranma 'skips out' on his duel with Ryoga.
T=-2 year Genma / Ranma training trip reaches China
T=0 Start of manga volumne 1, Ranma introduced to the Tendo's
