I don't know about you, but to me Bell looks quite older than 5 in the fifth
OVA. I'd say that indicates she'd been under Celestine's wing for a few
years before the meeting.

So we figured that if she were on earth, eventually she would come to

realize that the evil was spreading and that she would have to use her power
to stop it.

I find it amusing that people have quite limited ideas about "power". If
you've been following the DH release, you should have seen her in action in
the "Queen Sayoko" arc. That should be a good indicator that she knows, can
and will use force when neccessary.
But that's not her true power. Her true power is being able to settle a
situation PEACEFULLY, without the excessive use of force. The same story arc
is a good example, did she stop Sayoko by beating her into submission? No.
She submitted and showed how empty Sayoko's victory was. That stopped her.
I assume you are familliar with the movie. Despite all the fighting going
on, how did Bell and her sisters finally win? Once again, it wasn't by
clobbering the enemy with superior force.
It's your fic, you can go ahead and write a climax where Bell smashes the
Enemy ala Dragonball style fight. But I hope you  can write something that
has more of AMG's spirit than that.
My apologies if you find some of this offensive, but I genuinely felt you
were falling too deeply into the stereotype. AMG is NOT a stereotypical
title. If you could go with where it is different from other 'fighting
manga', power to you pal!
