Not bad, not bad at all.
Though it would probably be a bit better if you dropped the fusion, and
made
it a pure SM fic. However, that's your perogative.
<shrugs> It just struck me that, with all the senshixsenshi pairings
out there, a Ranma-like situation was bound to crop up eventually.
(Along with the Tenchi-like situation, where the senshi fight over
Usagi without formalities and possibly wind up sharing their prize,
but I think I may have seen that done before.)
I'm not sure. If there are some good fics like that I'd like to see them.
You've had trouble finding any? The inspiration for this one was an
all-on-Usagi fic that hit my box on PMFFML just before this FFML came
back.
What would happen if the Senshi in their modern incarnations found out
that,
by the laws of the Silver Millenium, they are married, even in their
present
incarnations.
That one I'd have a hard time buying. The Silver Millenium is long
dead, including any legal ramifications. Maybe Usagi and Rei would
stick by it, but the others would go back to their current lives in a
blink...or, if they wanted to keep the marriage, renew it under the
laws in which they now live.
Sorry, I wasn't clear enough. I mean, what if Silver Millenium marriages
were enforced (at least in the case of the Senshi and such) by magic, and
that magic carried over into their new incarnations, regardless of the
legalities.
Ah, now *that* has possibilities...

Queen Serenity stared down the Shadow in front of her. One of Beryl's
strongest minions, and the only one who had anything resembling a
noble reason to fight. Love - lust, really - for one of her senshi,
which could not be allowed to be returned. As a random attack sent the
vile being flying, Serenity altered the ressurection spell she feared
she might have to resort to...

"Ah...mmm...oh...hmph!" Ami promptly dismounted and sat on the bed's
edge, pouting.
Urawa blinked in confusion, his hindbrain insisting he was still in
mid-copulation despite the evidence that this particular romp was over.
"What's wrong?"
"I...you're...it's just not working for me." Ami shook her head, not
able to look her lover in the eye and face the confusion she knew would
be there - or let him see the dissapointment she knew must be plain on
her face. A corner of her mind felt stirrings of the same magic that
was Sailor Mercury, but surely that was just coincidence.

Also, how would they react to having 'those' kinds of
feelings for each other?
I've lost count of the number of fanfic sites I've come across devoted
to that theme (not counting HarukaxMichiru). The gestalt opinion seems
to be: quite well.
Eventually, maybe. But think of the reactions they would have at first.
At first and forever, according to the gestalt.
