We see the usal scene with a red-haired girl and a panda walking down a
rainy street. But unlike usual the two aren't fighting. Skip ahead and you
see the usal scene at the Tendos. Start with Soun gets postcard and skip
ahead to Soun answers door and sees Panda. Now for some changes. The girl
gives the panda a thermos and it poors hot water over it's head becomming
Genma Saotome. Explanation of Jusenkyo curse. Nabiki points out that
"Ranma"
is a girl. Soun ask if "Ranma" has a curse to turn into a girl. She and
Why would she ask that? they only just found out about the Panda curse, why
would they think that a strange girl was a cursed boy, when they never even
heard of the spring of the drown girl?
Genma appear sad. Finally she says that her name is Kitsune and she's not
cursed. She's Ranma's twin sister. Soun ask where Ranma is. She says that
Ranma will never be showing up. That they will never see him again.
They have never seen him in the first place, but if Soun really was Genma's
best friend, how would you explain why he didn't know Ranma was an only
child?

what she means by that Ranma won't show up and what about Ranma marrying
one
of his daughters to unite the Schools. Kitsune says that is impossible ,
Ranma's dead. The Tendos appear shocked and ask what happned. They say
that
it was one year ago when they were all three training and came accross a
bandit gang. They defeated most of the bandits. When they were leaving ,
bandit leader jumped out hiding and opened fire with a machine gun.
NO #%*$ WAY, when have you EVER seen a fire-arm, let alone a machine gun, in
any Ranma Anime or Manga!, I mean even Kuno only uses a WOODEN sword.
Yes, there are a few Fanfics, like "Ranma goes to war", but either they
are very alternate world or X-overs with series that DO allow guns.
(Macross, Eva, ect)
Ranma
jumped in front of the two of them and knockd them to the ground. Ranma
was
torn aparet by the bullets. Genma usewd the Kajin Raishen Dan to kill the
bandit leader.
Later when Soun ask what now Genma says that the promise was to unite the
two Schools and they can still do that by having one student be sensei to
the other. A match will be held to determine who gets to teach one school
to
the other one.

A better "version" of this idea is that Ranma-chan and Mr. Panda show up
at the Tendo's, Genma changes back and explains his curse, but also
announces Ranma's death, say by fire, while rescuing children from a burning
house, or maybe Genma could claim a gang of Bandits overwhelmed Ranma by
sheer numbers, but Ranma managed to 1st kill enough so that Genma and the
locals could finish the rest off. There are plenty of ways that Genma might
think of to "kill" Ranma, and none of them with a gun.
Why would "Kitsune" have to be Ranma's Twin? They don't really look
alike, plus they never saw the teen aged Ranma. Genma is a Sensei, isn't
he?, What would be more natural than that Kitsune is a student of his,
perhaps an orphan or abandon child, or maybe even a "fianc�e" of Ranma's
that Genma couldn't lose, and then took in as a student. These make better
cover stories than a Twin.
Next, introduce Nadoka back into the story early on, and make it clear
that she would kill Kitsune if she knew the truth that she was Ranma. This
makes it imperative that her "secret" remains hidden. Also perhaps allot of
enemies of the male Ranma are looking for him, and Kitsune would rather not
have them looking for HER! Make It very clear that Ranma doesn't want
anyone to know she's really Ranma, but also clear that her fondest wish is
to find a cure.
There is allot of ways this story could go, like maybe Kitsune and
Akane become "more" than friends. After all, Ranma is still a "male"
inside, and Akane is always a little, um, "butch". This could start Ranma
having 2nd thoughts about a cure. Kuno could be an enemy of Kitsune for
turning Akane into a lesbian, the other girls could ostracize her and Akane,
causing fights and arguments between them.
OR, maybe Ranma defeated a male Amazon (Mousse?) just BEFORE his curse
so that Mousse is looking to Kill the Male Ranma, but finds Kitsune instead
and looses (again) to her. That way Mousse would consider Kitsune his wife.
Shampoo could show up to win Mousse back (this IS an alternate storyline!)
The story could go into everyone noticing the strange "bond" between
Genma and Kitsune, more than just teacher/student, perhaps even .... lovers?
This how it may look to them, since they (the Tendo's, Nadoka, Tofo, ect.)
don't know about Ranma. How would they all react to that? or Maybe
everyone starts to notice that Kitsune looks alot like Nadoka, even to the
point of thinking Kitsune is Nadoka's "biological daughter"
Plant a few more clues and have, say Nabiki, figure out the truth.
I think I have given enough possible ways this could go, but remember to
send time on how the characters feel or act. How would Ranma pass himself
off as a girl? he would know nothing about it, how would he feel about
dresses? or make up? Would Akane be happy with everyone thinking/knowing
she's gay or would she be mad and blame Kitsune? Would Nadoka accept Kitsune
as an "adopted Daughter" or as a rival for Genma. This is what could really
make the story interesting.
