'Secrets', by Coutuva is a very interesting, VERY believable story where
Ranma is locked into girl form.
He/She remains attracted to women, does not become attracted to guys, and
is in a serious relationship with a woman named Yoriko.

I'm fairly certain Coutuva is a woman, however, so perhaps you're correct in
saying that men would have more difficulty presenting a believable lesbian
relationship.
