Hey, Nathan!

 >> I

 >> find I have people like Sasami talking like they

 Phwish... over my head.

Let's just say that people like Sasami never, EVER talk like they belong at

a Pantera concert, and leave it at that. ^_~

Hmmm. It would be amusing, methinks, to have Ayeka like, oh,

 Godsmack or

something simalarly loud, and Ryoko a classical fan. Sort of

 reverse

 typecasting.

Cliches are wonderful things... to break. Sometimes a good reversal of what

people expect can really stick with them. Besides, I can see Ryoko being a

classical fan at heart. Just being a pirate doesn't mean one can't have

refined taste. Hell, that might even be part of why she takes things that

are so expensive: wants 'em, can't get 'em any other way. Could be a cool

twist to a Tenchi fic.

Or just another one of the many, many spamfics that must never see the light

of day.

 >> Saw the previews for the second Mummy movie. Can't

 >> wait. ^_^

 >

 >Yeah, it looks good. The Mummy shall layeth the smacketh down! :D

 Blech. Final Fantasy! YEAH!

That movie's supposed to be awesome. I just hope it can live up to all the

hype that's being spread around. As is, they've got a lot to live up to, and

I admit to being a bit cautious. I've been burned by stuff like this before.

 >> > "My child... help... my child..." The voice was

MY money says that she's asking for help.

(shrugs) Hey, if you really want to turn this into a betting affair... ^_^

 >You didn't think I'd make this EASY, did you? ^_^

Of course not. We've been dealing with you long enough to know

 better.

Hehehehe. He knows me so well... ^_~

At least you know that it's usually worth sticking around to see me pull an

answer out of my sleeve at the last second, right?

Imagine the envy she'd draw if she DID go to the gym.

For some odd reason, all of her classes fill up really fast. Even the

habitual slackers get perfect attendance. Not to mention that the Phys Ed

department keeps trying to get her to give up English and coach their Track

and Field team... ^_^

 Gila Monster.

And we have a winner! So quickly, too! ^_^

 Blunt, lizardy head, check.

 Pebbly bead pattern skin, check.

 Really short legs, check.

 Good size tail, check.

 Poisonous, check.

Also, Gila Monsters live in underground tunnels. Often with other creatures

as company. And hate hunting at night. They're also very cautious, never

leaving their burrow until they're sure it's safe to do so. Though they

usually move slowly, they can strike with blinding speed. In addition, a

Gila Monster can eat up to one-third of its body mass in a single meal!

Research. ^_~

Uh huh. Second funniest exchange in the chapter. ^_^

Thanks. Most people seem to agree. ^_~

Okay... What did he do again? *scratches head*

Tytoung knocked Naaza down and stepped on his back. Naaza basically did a

push-up and hopped to his feet. Since Tytoung's foot was on Naaza's back, it

knocked him over.

 >> Yeah...I got the DVD. Special edition! ^_^

 >Sweet! It's surprising how much I still love that movie. ^_~

Yet another thing I'll have to see someday. *sigh*

YE GODS! YOU'VE NEVER SEEN THE TRANSFORMERS MOVIE? O_O

That is a definite must-see. I'm still shocked by how often it gets

referneced and quoted, in my stories as well as a lot of other people's.

Plus, where else can you hear Eric Idle, Orson Welles, Leonard Nimoy, and

Robert Stack playing Autobots and Decepticons?

 >> > "No," Nasuti groaned, smacking herself in the

 I snarfed. Really.

So did a lot of other people, apparently. It's good to know that scene

worked. I mean, it was either going to be funny, or the audience would be so

quiet you could hear crickets chirp. I'm kind of glad it was the former, and

not the latter.

Thank you. I was hoping someone would think so. It's fun to write like

Naaza. ^_~

Good luck with that; it's a pretty good show.

 Yo Joe!

Hell no. If I thought of it.

Hey, who could possibly ignore a set-up like that? If there is such a

person, I'll bet they aren't on this list... ^_^

Hmmm... Would make a good sig...

If you want it, take it. ^_^

 >a) lived in the Dark Kingdom

 >

 >Figured it out yet? ^_^

So. Are there any bushes with light pink flowers around?

Nice guess, but I'm afraid you aren't two for two this time, pal! It wasn't

Jadeite, Zoisite, Nephrite, and Kunzite. If it helps, try thinking about RS:

Inner Battles.

He'd actually do that, too. ^_^

 h_h

I'm sure it does. ^_~

Heh. He'll _never_ get bored around her group.

It's Naaza. He'd get bored dangling from one foot above a pit of lava, with

hounds nipping at his heels and acid dripping on the rope he was hanging

from.

Been there, done that. ^_^

 >> > "Good." Naaza groaned and tried to sit up, before

 ...

 ????

Sorry. I was just working with that Naaza mentality still in my head. The

man doesn't make sense very often. Basically, the idea is that if you think

you're crazy, you aren't as crazy as someone who thinks they're sane.

Quite well, actually, which is something a lot of YST fanfics kind of gloss

over.

'Evil Dead 2' is a cool movie. Bruce Campbell rocks.

 Heh. clikclik. REBOOT!

I liked that episode. Actually, I liked that whole season. ^_^

Long since engraved in the collective unconcious.

Along with a few dozen other "Ash-isms".

That would be exactly it, yes. It's almost to the point where they don't

even care who wins, as long as the blasted fight is OVER.

Hmmm... I'm flashing to the first suit fight from Bubblegum Zone.

Haven't read BGZ in a while. I wonder if Bert's finished Chapter 11 yet...

 Kinda the

 same tactic.

You know, I wasn't thinking of it at the time, but it is a similar attack.

That's pretty neat!

Nasuti: "Not for some while. It's almost impossible to get one in Japan, you

know. And going back to France just for that isn't much of an option, given

how busy I am with classes."

Naaza: "Isn't she cute when she's sensible?"

Ahh, it's good to know I was able to pull this off. I really like Naaza, and

sometimes it's nice to get into a good, relaxing fight scene.

The Gremlin peeking over your right shoulder.

Gremlin? WHERE?

 Your right, not mine.

Oh, THERE it is. Okay, then. As long as I know where the little guy's

 Be well.

I shall endeavour to do so, as always.

Farewell!
