I just got off the phone with Ed Becerra a moment ago. He's just suffered
another TIA -- a minor stroke -- and will be off the list for several days
while he recovers enough to type. He wanted me to let folks know that he's
received and read all the various pieces of personal email that's been sent
to him recently, but for obvious reasons won't be sending replies right
away, and apologizes (unnecessarily, IMHO) for this.
