Chapter Two
Meetings

Ranma and Skuld began to walk toward the door, while the
Tendo's looked down ashamed of their actions. Both Kasumi
and Nabiki put their face in their hands and wept.
Suddenly an odd noise as one of the Tendo's made a
strangling sound which caused Ranma to spin in place, as he
watched a pair of legs emerged from the Television followed
by a great body clad by a dress almost as sexy as it was.
Then a Platinum Blonde goddess stood there looking around
the room for a second before walking over and joining the
pair near the door.
Then Skuld turned, with a peculiar smile on her face and
looked at her sister and asked � Why are you here Urd?�
�I was summoned to grant a wish� replied Urd� standing as
sexily as she was dressed as she talked to her youngest
sister, almost giving Mr. Tendo a nosebleed as he watched.
�I was summoned for the same reason, except I was told to
get here ASAP, I wasn't even given time to read the file. I
didn�t know it was our nephew until after I arrived. Why
would they send us both for one call.�
Ranma stared at his aunts, he tried to urge them out of the
front door, while he replied, though without much success,
as they seemed to want to chat or perhaps to argue.
�Err, I made two calls to the phone number, Keiichi gave me
and when I got the Goddess Help Line, I redialed with the
series of numbers reversed and got something called the
Demon Grant a Wish Hot Line and tried again with the
original order and got the Goddess Help Line again.�
sheepishly commented Ranma. I still don't understand why
that number kept giving places like the goddess Relief Line
or that other odd place. I thought it was supposed to
contact the temple where my parents live?
Suddenly Skuld cried out �Oh no, we've got to get you out of
here fast or a demon will appear and either attack us and/or
try to bargain for your soul.� as she ran out the door
towards the side walk.
�Too late. I am here and I will get the soul of this
Morta... Wha- Ranma! What are you doing here? Are are you
the one I am supposed to bargain with? I can't do that. I
promised you to never threaten your soul, after all you are
my fiancee.� Mara almost screamed! She was wearing a Leather
outfit that did cause Mr. Tendo to pass out from blood loss
and Kasumi to tsk and frown. As the Tendo's continued to
watch from the couch.
�Mara, I have a question. I have to ask this before we go
any further. Did you know about Genma stealing me as a
newborn, in order to torture or torment me as he �trained
me�? asked Ranma.
�HE WHAT, I'll show that fat Panda what Hell is all about.
Mara's face turned a bright red and smoke began to come out
of her ears and other interesting places as she almost
exploded with anger. No, Calm Down girl. No I didn�t know
Ranma and I'll give my oath on that. If I had known I would
have helped you to find your real parents." replied Mara
�He has found his real family now, Mara. We are his Aunts
and Bell is his Mother. When we started to check on
Cherries�s file to see what kind of magic she would
specialize in, we found out that she was related to Bell but
not her daughter, rather more like a great-niece. She is
apparently descended from our oldest sister, who died in the
last set of wars. The file showed that she is the Daughter
of a Nodoka Masaki. Who was drugged with a love potion by
one Genma Ikari and Impregnated with some sperm from an
unknown source. She subsequently married Genma Ikari who
took the name Saotome to hide from certain creditors (
Yakuza among others) He then traded the babies wrist
bracelets, since we didn�t check the files and Cherries had
some of our blood, we didn�t detect anything wrong until
recently. Then we started looking for our nephew, whom we
finally found today. For some reason, Yggdrasil wouldn't
show his location, so we finally had to rely on information
from Cherries files and hire a private detective. We haven't
been able to find out why the system wouldn't reveal who
Cherries father really was or what happened to Ranma here.�
�Good Grief, you sound like someone giving bad expository
dialogue, Urd.� laughed Skuld.
�Just trying to give Ranma here a little background on why
it took three goddesses seventeen years just to notice that
he was gone.
�That's all right Urd,� Ranma looked fascinated by the story
and rather curious to find out any other details on what
had happened when they found out he was gone. At least to
judge by the various looks on his faces, thought Skuld. He
is never going to be a successful poker player with a face
that expressive.
�Call me Aunt�
�Are you sure, I am your nephew? I mean Genma may have
swapped babies more than once. Knowing him, I wouldn't be
surprised at anything he did. I mean he is worse morally
than Happosei. You know him, Mara, he is worse than the
Demon that I beat, last month when we met.�
�You fought a demon, and beat him too. Said Skuld surprised.
You don't even have your magic yet. How could you fight a
demon?� Her face turned almost white with fright for her
nephew.
So for that matter did Urd's although she had skimmed the
files, she really hadn't had time to finish them. She did
know that Ranma was still classified as a mortal and
therefore a natural hazard, who couldn't trigger the Doublet
System. So if he had , in fact , killed a demon no god would
have died because of the linkage. In a way, if he could keep
doing things like that, she thought it would be a shame to
awaken his magic, as that would list him with Yggdrasil and
have him covered under the system. Of course then he'd be
safe from the demon's retaliation. Hell had a way of getting
even with those who killed their agents, just as Asgard did.

You know of all my Fiancees Mara is the one I like best. She
never tries to force me or drug me or kill me, well after
our first meeting.( See side story for the full details of
their first meeting)
�Any way I am a Martial Artist, I have fought gods, demons,
and a couple of types of phoenixes. I am Ranma Saotome, I
never give up and I never Lose.�
�Well, until today, I never lost. Today I lost all of my
family and loved ones and friends.� sighed Ranma. �I don't
even know my own name now.�
Well, come on and I'll introduce you to your new and
original family. You already have met Urd; Norn of the Past.
I am Skuld; Norn of the Future. We are your Mother's
sisters.
In a couple of minutes we'll take you to meet your Mother
and Father. Then if you still have any doubts, we can do a
check on you and determine your real parentage.
Chapter Two: The End
Authors Notes I tried to add some descriptive prose on what
was happening while they talked.
As well as the general appearance of the newer characters. I
assumed you all know what Ranma looks like. I also added a
little more detail on the events. Basically this entire
chapter happened in about five minutes or less. The action
will start with the next part. Oh about the side story, I
decided to try to add the details of why Mara is engaged to
Ranma and how they met but frankly it just didn't fit here.
So after I finish editing it, I will release it as a side
story. You don't need to read it to follow the action but I
think it adds a little more background to the differences
between this world and the canonical worlds.
As usual I will ask if anyone has any copies of the
commentary on Chapter one revision one, I am missing almost
all of it and would love to get copies, especially of the
private letters with Grammatical information. Grammar is not
one of my strong points.
Please remember this is an parallel world story and not an
alternate world story. So where people are not what you
expect, it's because they never were the people you expect.

This is a repost of the second version of the story chapter,
I lost all of my EMail from before this was posted and would
welcome and new comments. especially as I plan to send this
to RAAC soon and would like to make it better than it is.
