A: He likes her, the same way he does Akane. He hasn't told her yet, but he's more than willing to show it by going along with whatever she offers.
* Does Akari know about Ryoga's Jusenkyo curse?
A: Sure does! This is the fact that seperates her from Akane-She accepts his curse, and therefore he can be fully open with her.
* Does Ryoga still love Akane?
A: Yup    * If so, does Akari know? A: Nope
* Did Ryoga contribute to the wedding fiasco?
A: Not intentionaly. He burst through a wall asking directions and ended up chasing after the nannichuan.
Also, during the final two volumes he experienced several revelations about Akane's feelings for Ranma. When told about the wedding, he only wished Akane to be happy, and that Akari would forgive him for having kept gifts from her past their expiration dates.
