First off, telekenisis is one of those most abused "special" powers.
Every "new character" I've ever read in an X-Men crosover of most any
kind is usually telekenetic because that's the cool power. It's a
gift, rather than the curse mutant abilities are supposed to be.
And of course there's the fan(boy) favorite, Gambit -- who seduces the
fan(boy) favorite kasumi... Hack me a knee.
Give the kid the mutant ability to exhibit cold symptoms at will, and
have Skin show up instead of Gambit, and maybe it'd be less
irritating to think about... a whole lot funnier too. ^_^
