A young woman seated at her desk in a Tokyo high school silenced
her
watch for the third time in as many minutes.
"Miss Hino. If you will not refrain from disrupting this class you
will
be sent home, and I WILL speak with your grandfather about it. Do I
make
myself perfectly clear?"
"Yes ma'am. I understand. Anou... I don't know how to make it
stop.
May I go put it in my locker?"
"Yes miss Hino, I think that would be a good idea."
Almost the second her classroom door was closed again, Rei's
communicator
began beeping yet again. "What is it? It had better be important, you
almost
got me suspended."
The disembodied voice of Luna answered her. "Senshi meeting at
Makoto's
NOW!"
"What do you mean now! There hasn't been any trouble for months. If
the dark kingdom was acting up again, I'd have felt something. And what
about school! Can't whatever it is wait 'til this afternoon?"
Silence followed as all who listened were shocked to hear Usagi's
whine in
the voice of the priestess. "Well, aren't you going to answer me, Luna"
It was however Ami who did so. "Screw school. Now means NOW!"
Following a facefault of truly legendary proportions Hino Rei ran to
her friend's home as though from the Island's karoke room.

Breathless; Sailor Mars faced and assemblage of eight other scouts,
emotions ranging from confusion and annoyance to worry and terror.
"What is it. What's coming?"
All eyes turned to Luna and Ami. The two looked at each other; and
then to the room. Finally the ebony moon cat spoke a single word.
"Communists."

OK, I am surprised I managed to write this considering the difficulty I
am having with the real fics I am trying to write. = <
