Well here's part three. Hope you like it.
Also one person sent C&C and didn't like Phillip, the main character.
Now he was designed that way, because I never had a very, "not nice"
hero before. I wanted to try something different. The reasons why he
hasn't been kicked out yet are told in this chapter, so read it! Gives a
lot of stuff you need to know.
I thank people who have sent C&C, and I hope some people send more,
despite if they like the main character or not. All C&C will be
appreciated and will get my thanx.
Well here goes the story.
WARNING: A good bit of violence and a lot of paradoxs I can't explain up
ahead.

Chapter 3: The menace.
The General, also known as Myila, was sitting back in her chair. On
the other side of the desk was a tall, blue haired women.
She was about six foot three, slim, and had short blue hair. Her
eyes were a light blue, much like her hair. She was dressed in a blue
uniform exactly the same as the one the General wore, except that it was
a little bigger. It bore only a few badges and metals on it, nothing
compared to the amount on the General's uniform.
"General, Ma'am. Why have you sent Phillip Matthews on this mission.
He has caused a 2.4% time alteration. He's a maniac and a menace, so
why? He shouldn't even be in the Reality Police at all."
"What I'm about to tell you is confidential. I would prefer if you
didn't know, but you need to know." She pressed a button on the desk and
a three dimensional square appeared over her desk. On either side of it
was a variety of charts and numbers, done in a variety of neon colours
which made it easy to read on the black background. "Now read these.
These all show Captain Phillip Matthews fighting ability."
After a minute or so, the woman on the other side of the desk
finished reading the charts. "Oh my god! What the hell is he! His
fighting abilities are more then double yours. Same with speed,
endurance, his healing ability is 12x normal. He excels massively in
every area!"
The General nodded. "Exactly. That was the first reason we recruited
him. He was so powerful, and a little mad. We thought we could
straighten him out, but things didn't go that way. He was just
un-trainable. He's a walking menace, that explains why there are no
others."
"No other what?"
The General pressed another button and the charts vanished. They
were soon replaced by a three dimensional picture of a sphere. There
were a countless amount of little dots in there. "This is Eternity, the
space which all different Universes inhabit. Now we have explored a
little over half of these." About sixty percent of these dots changed
from a white colour to a light pink. "Yet in all of them, we haven't
found one other Phillip, there are no others, that's what we guess at
least."
"That makes no sense. Why would there be no other Phillip Matthews?
There has to be a countless amount, even though we don't recruit doubles
in the Reality Police."
The General nodded. "We had some people study this, and we think
there WERE other Phillip Matthews, but they were killed."
"By who, and why?"
The General pressed another button and the sphere inclosed a little.
And all the dots that inhabited the outer edge of Eternity just
vanished. "No one has heard this except for the Leader of the
Intelligence department. But someone is destroying all the outer
Universes. From what we can guess, the same people did this."
"And so this is where Phillip comes in?"
"Exactly! For some reason these people have killed Phillip Matthews
in a lot of different Universes. Now why would they just kill this one
man? Maybe he's a threat to this group. That's what we guess. And even
if he is not, he will be the target of these people."
"So my guess is, you're going to lure out a member or members of the
group who's trying to kill Phillip. Then someone catches them."
"Good guess. Exactly right. And you're that person we'll send."
"Me! Do you even think this plan is a good one? You are going to get
Phillip killed, right?"
"Yes. He's annoying, he's a maniac, one we're going to eliminate. No
matter how strong he is, he's better dead. And if these people don't
kill him, then you. If you have any problems, then call us, we'll send
backup."
"Got it. Is that is Ma'am?"
"Yes Major, now go on your way. Remember, don't attack him until the
time is right. Get him by surprise."............
I walked down the street, taking a look at the hover cars. It was a
beautiful city. No pollution, almost no crime, nice people. And two
dimensional travelers who have a large arsenal weapons and powers. But
not as many as me!
The streets were paved white, the sky was white for some reason, the
sidewalk was white and so were the buildings. The white buildings did
not take up much space horizontally. Vertically they were giant sky
scrapers, stretching up from hundreds of meters.
People walked along minding there own business as the sun was high
in the sky. It was not very warm, no matter how bright the sun was. From
what I could tell, the whole world was under a weather control system,
but I wasn't sure.
Moving along I thought I saw a quick movement, to fast to be anyone
on this world. Yes, it was a person, a blur. But I could tell what it
was, I had a keen eye for it.
The person was about ten meters in front of me and getting farther
away, as though it was escaping me.
I chased after it, moving twice as fast as it did. Passing by person
after person, I wanted to get this job done fast and get back to my
weapon development.
As I got within a meter of it, it changed directions quickly and
ended up in the middle of the park, where it stopped. It was making his
stand.
I stopped only three meters from it. All the people in the park
looked at us and decided that they should run away, which was a good
idea.
The person in question, was the person in the black robe who had run
away from me before. A large gun appeared in his hand. It was a rifle,
about a meter in length, made of black Diranium. It was, from what I
could tell, a XSA12, standard issue Reality Police weapon. Wherever it
got it's hands on that, I didn't know. Those weapons were used by only
used by Reality Police members. No one in all the Universes the Reality
Police explored, did one person use this type of weapon. The Police made
sure of it. The weapons were way to good for them to fall into the wrong
hands. They were not strong in any area, they were perfectly balanced
weapons.
I then teleported in my own gun, the CAMPR {Compressed Anti-Mater
Rifle}.
We both waited, neither one of us wanting to move first. We were
both playing defensive. Yet finally I moved first. I pulled the trigger
of the rifle and a energy blast went flying towards the person.
It dodged the bullet and the countless more that came after it. When
the rifle ran out of energy, my opponent took the chance. Firing off the
energy weapon at me, none of the dozens of blasts connected with me. It
seemed that we were both a little to strong for conventional weapons. So
we both got rid of our guns, teleporting them away.
Then we moved to hand to hand combat. Both of us attacking with
inhuman speed. Dodging, blocking and being dodged or blocked. We were
both almost matched. So I had to sacrifice my defense for a good
offense.
I spun around and tried to hit the person with me elbow. It ducked
under it and tried to hit me with an uppercut. I blocked that with my
right leg and hopped up a little and kicked with my left. It got him in
the jaw and he fell back a bit.
On that little victory I began to attack with a great fury. I was
attacking him so fast and so hard that he didn't have the time to launch
a counterattack on my terrible defense. I hit him at least twelve times
before he jumped back and pulled out a grenade.
It was large, about the size o my hand. Painted all red with a black
skull on it. The thing hit the ground next to me with a thud. But before
it could detonate, I jumped up about eighty meters into the air.
When it exploded, fire engulfed the whole park. I was fine no matter
how powerful the weapon was. But when the smoke had cleared, the person
was gone.
I checked the Reality Device and it said the person had jumped to a
different dimension, 1234xd, one of the dimensions near the center of
Eternity. About the year 2894 A.D.
I sighed as I pulled out my cell phone and dialed up the usual
number. But it was busy. So I left a message saying where I was pursuing
the criminal to.
As I threw down the time displacer I wondered why I was allowed to
do everything I did. I personally knew I was a great disturbance when it
came to missions. The Reality Police were covert, silent, when it came
to dealing with criminals. That was because they didn't want to disturb
the time line. But I was loud, and caused a lot of problems with my over
use of guns and explosives.
That was a question for later. For now, it was time to go.
I pressed a few buttons on the Reality Device and I was on my way.
