I think the curses would join each other. Didn't Tarou pour Spring of
Drown Octopus on himself so that his cursed form would have tentacles? (I
may be wrong, but this is what I have been told by a friend who is a
Pantyhose fan)

If that's anything to go by, I think Ranma's cursed form would be a
female cat, and his normal form would remain as is.

Of course, this is just my opinion. ^_^

Naw, it wouldn't merely be a female cat.  If Taro is anything
to go by, Ranma's cursed form would be a female cat-human hybrid.

The fact of the matter is, Ranma 1/2 is inconsistent in the way
the curses work.  Takahashi has stated that the cure to Ranma's
curse is the Nannichuan, which would suggest that one curse 
replaces another.  Taro, on the other hand, is both a direct
contradiction of this, as well as being the only character who
has actually been dunked more than once in canon.  Which is 
correct?  I believe there's at least one fanfic out there which
discusses this.
