Morning!

I'm just poping up to make some statements....
I've been wondering... Why is the Enterprise the ship that is handling
this investigation? After all, the Juraian ship _is_ orbitting Earth, or
is pretty damn near it. So, wouldn't Star Fleet just send up a shuttle or
something to check it out instead of having the big E handle it? After
all, Star Fleet's Star Base 1 is also orbitting Earth.

If it's going to be in Earth's solar system at all, it should be in the
asteroid belt where nobody would have noticed it. In Earth orbit there's
no way it would have gone undetected for so long unless it was only just
now detected by some new cutting-edge sensor technology.

There is no real statement to _where_ the ship may be.

With one final long sigh, Jean-Luc Piccard forced himself to get up from his
comfortable chair and go to the bridge where he was needed. What is the
problem? We
should only be at Saturn by this time said Piccard as he entered the bridge
from his office.
I will report on that sir Data responded. I was doing a standard run of
the
new cloak detection equipment and it picked up a ship.

Picard says they _should_ be by Saturn. Nowhere near earth and Nobody says
otherwise (double check to make sure I'm not a fool... Yup.). For all anyone
knows the ship could be in a polar orbit of the sun, maybe the organics of the
ship would filter the radiation...

BTW, they haven't even reported to Starfleet yet...

Remember to seperate facts from assumtions,
