Opening Monologue:

Great story, has potential, just try and keep it from straying too far 
into lemon territory.  I don't mind lime all that much, but...

Interesting beginning. The big question is how is Ranma going to handle 
the Tech of 'pinning' the will. If it wears off, he could find himself 
in a heck of alot of trouble when the pinning wears off.

This is Ranma, of course he's going to get in trouble, but he also 
learns from his mistakes.  Except where social skills are concerned.  If 
it's martial arts, or martial arts related though, he should do fine.  
The only people he would have to worry about having trouble pinning 
would probably be those with some form of Ki control.  Actually, Nabiki 
and Kasumi are the only ones that would make sense if you look at it 
that well.  And depending on the universe, Gosunkugi, Akari and Tsubasa.  
As none of them have any martial arts training.

Why couldn't he just explain the look as an accident? I mean, he lands 
at her feet, she screams PERVERT, and sends him rocketing off. Akane 
dosn't move away, or hold in her skirt. You'd almost think she wants 

him 

to see her so she has an excuse to bash him.

Akane believing it was an accident... heh, sure.

Also, is Ranma going to be studying any of the other techs in the book?

Just my thoughts.
