Ranma is gay. Look at all the times he's used his curse to get close to
Kunou, Ryouga, Mousse, etc.

He has never done it without a fairly clear ulterior motive.  But he 
could be.  Although actually he has never used his curse to get close to 
Mousse or et cetera.  

It's easy to reach into the manga and pull out whatever you need to
support every bizarre theory you could imagine.

Yes and that's one of the reasons why there is so much Ranma fanfic.  
So what?  This is a very weak argument.  Further, those who regard 
Kodachi as nuts are generally not basing that assessment on any isolated 
instance but on their perception of her behavior every time she appears.
