Hiya.

I was recently writing another bland Escaflowne crossover, when I was
struck on the head with this idea--

What if As Good as it Gets was crossed over with another anime.
I was thinking Ranma. However, I've only seen about 10 episodes, so I
know nothing about it. Or, maybe Escaflowne. Something where there are
romances going on. Then, you could throw in the horrific main character
of Good as it Gets, and watch the sparks fly.

My questions:

1. Has someone already done this?
2. If not, should I attempt to guess the characters of Ranma?
    (even now, this sounds like a bad idea)
3. Give me suggestions. I only know a few anime well enough to write
about them, and Ranma is not one of them.
4. Is there anyone out there who wants to write this?
5. Will Speedy save Little Tokyo from the Big Cheeses' maniacal
clutches?
