Well, the real fun would start when Lina gets her hands on a Sa'angreal.
Or if she was dragged there in the middle of the Shabranigdo-storyline
and still had the Philosphers' Stone with her.
I shudder while thinking the amount of destruction Lina's temper and
the Philosophers' Stone could cause together. Until 'that time of the month'
hits. Then it's time to run from the Red Ajah. Fast.

Well after I got over the giddness of Lina Inverse kicking ass in the WoT
world I began to actually look at the mechanics of such a crossover (not
that I'm doing this fic mind you. I have a whole wack load of ideas ahead
of this one in the queue thank you very much.). Would Lina be held by the
rules of channeling in the WoT story line or would she be using the source
of power from her old world. It'd be nit picky here, but if Lina is under
the WoT restraints than her destructive powers would be under wraps a bit.

Well, if you want to play on the shock value of Lina's appearance on WoT
world, you should give her access to Source of All Power instead Saidar/Saidin.
(can't remember which is the female side. ^_^;;)

(Including non-access to the Dragon-Slave...Much like you did to her in
your fic Slayers 1/2).

I don't want to have her blowing up Furikan High!

If she isn't though, well let's just say keep her far away from any power
boosting objects because she could literally cause massive destruction on
a level not seen since the breaking of the world.

Isn't that the point? ^_^
But I don't know if she'd use such a thing. In Slayers she had the Philosophers'
Stone with her for a long time and not once did she try to use it.
It almost seems like she didn't want to have such power.

<Snip Whitecloak stuff...Just jobbers to the great Lina>

Of course. ^_^

Or...

Lina's facing a number of Aes Sedai.

Lina:So either I join you guys and follow your rules or you're going to seal
away my powers, whether I like it or not.

Aes Sedai:Yes, you could look it that way I suppose...

Lina:<cuts the Aes Sedai off> How much are you gonna pay me?

Collective sweatdrop.

<Laguna Blade SNNIIIIP!>

I mean look at it, she's a person than can toss around spell's like that
so she's going to bring home the message that you don't need to be an Aes
Sedai to channel succesfully (well, you can be Damane but....). And OTOH
other people will mistake her for an Aes Sedai, and given Lina's habit of
residual property damage whil fighting...

Don't the Aes Sedai have to take that binding oath not to abuse
their powers in that way. (can't remember. Been a long time since
I read the books. It was something about them not being able to abuse
the power for some reason, IIRC...)

Well let's just say she's a walking PR disaster for the White Tower...:)

Well, she'd be a walking PR disaster to almost anybody. ^_^

And if you really want to have fun, throw in the eleven Naga's from The
Terrifying
Limera Project.

Naga:So, you think you can defeat me? Me, Naga, the White Serpent?

All Naga's:OHOHOHOHOHOHOHOH!!!

Suddenly everything that can move in a few miles' radius leaves the
area as fast as they can.

I'd imagine the Dark One would even run away scared when faced with 11
Naga's. ^O^

Dunno. Maybe he'd hire her to cause more chaos... ^_-

BTW. I actually don't think Lina's that much more powerful than for example
Nyave (or whatever her names was..) and certainly not more powerful
than the forsaken. Lina's just much more versatile than most Aes Sedai.
(Fire's her strongest element, but she certainly can control them all...)
But still, 'Slayers of Time' would be a good title, 'cause Lina's bound
to cause havoc to the trapesty.(or whatever it was) Like if she got the
Stone,
learned balefire and got a little peeved at Tar Valon. So much about the
universe... ^_^

Hmm...Take one of the most powerfull non-DBZ anime characters and throw
her into a world where magic (or channeling) is on the down turn....

Okay. It's been a long time since I read WoT. I could be completely
wrong here.

Nahh..I disgree with you on this point alot. Lina will probably be the
best magic user on the planet at the time. Hell probably in the history of
the place.

With this I disagree. Sure, Lina can destroy mountains at a regular basis,
but I don' think she could create Dragon's Peak. ^_^

And, Lina doesn't pull off the Dragon Slave without outside help.
Dragon Slave gets power from Shabranigdo. And if Shabranigdo isn't around,
I don't know if she could use the Dragon Slave. Even if she could, certainly
not on a regular basis.

Her power is just too great and her diversity in spell's is
also great.

Yup. Lets see... We've seen her using fire spells, earth spells (Dill Brando
etc),
air spells (Diem Wing, Ray Wing etc), water spells (Freeze Arrow) and
spirit stuff (Bram Blazer, Elkemia Lance), some White Magic and of course
her Dark Arts. That's much more versatile than even Dark Schneider can do.
(after all, he was only master of Fire and Electricity-based spells. Couldn't
even cast a single cold spell.)

Even limiting her to just using Saidin as a power source she
still should be able to whipe the floor with every one except maybe the
Dark one...And even then I'm not sure that would be close after watchign
raw Slayers Return...:)

I seriously doubt she could destroy Dark One on her own. ^_^ After all, she
needed the Hikari no Ken and Rezo's and Lord of Nightmares' help
to kill a fragment of Shabranigdo. But if she got her hands on a power
boosting artefact, she could probably Break the world again, or at least
freely throw around Dragon Slaves, which would cause havoc.

[snip]
And let the chaos reign free... ^_^

Somehow I can see something like this happening.

Dark Schneider stands before Rand Al'thor.

Darshu:So you're somekind of god-like saviour that's supposed to save
and destroy the world?

Rand:Yes. (sorry. Really don't know how Rand would react to that...)

Darshu:I don't fuckin' think so. This sounds just like the job for me!

Somehow I'd think he'd be a less welcom saviour than the Dragon...:P
And what the White Tower would think of him...

Do you think Dark Schneider would give shit? The way he sees it,
it's a cool job that chicks dig. (after all, Rand has several girls running
after him. ^_^)

He'd just better hope Yohko doesn't come with him. After all, she's
the only thing Dark Schneider is afraid of. ^_^

(And if he stands a chance of going mad well...He's already a bit insane
anyway...:)

A bit?

Now, when I am it, I might as well put here another weird idea I got a few
days ago.

Why not somebody write a Nurse Angel Ririka SOS/Pretty Sammy the Magical
Girl crossover?

Hmm...I don't know how well Pretty Sammy would work with a serious Magical
Girl series since it's parody of the genre really. Still if it could
work...

That's the whole point. If somebody can make Pretty Sammy and Ririka work
together, he's one damn good author.

And Jason Liao wrote:

Of course, the real problem here is that the Aes Sedai are Shaminists,
using Air, Water, Earth, Fire, and Spirit. Lina, on the other hand,
practices Black Magic, which draws her power from evil forces.

Actually it's hard to say where the line between Shamanism and Black Magic
(or White Magic for that matter) goes. After all, Zel, Lina and Amelia
are all able to pull off spells like Fireball and Flare Arrow. Now, are those
Shamanistic or Black spells or are there different versions of them?
My theory is that there is sort of 'regular magic' that covers the
basic spells from the five elements, and then there are more specialised
White, Black and Shamanistic spells that draw their power from different
sources. (White:positive emotions and maybe Gods Black:negative emotions
and Mazoku Shaman:mind)

As I said before, it has been shown that Lina can use spells from
all the five elements, and she can use the Black Arts.

The major
concern here is that this is also how the Forsaken draw their power (at
least, that's how I interpreted it). Can you say Major Complications?

In the very beginning of the first book the leader (I think) of
Forsaken said to Lews Therin that he uses 'a different source'.

Maybe Lina, being Black Sorceress, could tap into this one? Would people
mistake her for a forsaken? (forget it. She causes massive destruction.
People WOULD think she's a forsaken, or something similar. ^_^)

And come to think of it, what would people say if they found out that
Lina was once called Dra-mata. (dragon spooker) And what would they
think of a spell called Dragon Slave? ^_^

Or what would people think if she was yanked to WoT world in the middle
of TRY storyline? Especially if Firia was with her. After all, Firia
is a golden dragon. ^_^

I'd have to agree here. Lina's power level? Two words: Dragon Slave. I
haven't seen any indication in the books so far that Rand could do
anything similar without a ter'angreal (I think that's spelled right...).

Shouldn't Rand have a power level similar to the orginal Dragon?

Then there's the question of who is more powerful? Lina Inverse or Dark
Schneider? ^_^
