That is MiniPatrol 45 as I remember from the TV series.

Natsumi didn't even respond at first. She had both hands around the rear
fender and was straining to apparently pull the car out from against the wall.

[snip]

rear fender of the car and the muscles along his back and shoulders tensed
and bunched. He growled and they could actually see a set of fangs in his
teeth as he threw his head back and began to twist his shoulders. The two
gasped in astonishment as he fully lifted the car and swiveled it cleanly
away from the hillside. They felt as though they were frozen, for it seemed
that all they could do was stand and stare as the youth leaped over the
side of the vehicle, tore the door completely out and reached in and gently
freed both passengers and carefully slung them over his shoulders. He came
leaping again over the car, with both people supported in his arms and
simply called, "C'mon!" as he raced away from the car.

Ummm.... Natsumi is about strong as Ryoga (although she doesn't have his
endurance or speed). She has moved cars *by herself* in both the manga and
the TV series. The one time she needed help to do so she was trying to
hold an entire minivan from falling (we are talking multiple tons in
motion). At one point in the TV series she rips the bars open on a bank
vault with no preparation. She's *strong*. Ryoga or A-ko class strong,
with a 'power control' problem like A-ko ('Project A-ko') when excited.
Late in the TV series she acquires a boyfriend who is just as strong (the
help I mentioned on the minivan incident). You need to rethink Ryoga's
intro. It really can't hang on the strength issue.
