All this nattering about the flaws of dropping a character
(usually but not always a thinly disguised version of the author) into
Ranma 1/2 with the skill, wit, persuasevness, and benevolence to 'fix' the
relationship problems that bedevil the neighborhood's residents.

Of course the benifactor invariably realizes that Ranma is
destined for Akane and vice versa, but why must this automatically be the
case? Would it not be just as likely for a newcomer to initially stumble
upon the Nekohanten, hear Shampoo's side of things, and get a sufficently
bad first impression of Akane to decide that Ranma _would_ be better off
with another wife?

	Therefore the challenge: create a non-omnicient, non-Joketsuzoku,
reasonably _sane_ new character that for perfectly understandable reasons
aside from blood kinship sides with a suitor _other_ than Akane (I'm
tempted to restrict the selection to Shampoo due to the number of St. Ukyo
worshippers out there, but I'll be fair). The attempts need not be
successful of course, but they should at least be the product of the type
of mind that usually is found in the typical 'helpful' characters rather
than the bungling so common among others.

	Go for it ^_^
