The ffml has no taste. If the ffml were a human, it'd be wearing neon

I'd like to think were not wearing Barney ties... dilbert maybe...

Mike Loader, along with Susan Doenime, has been writing one of
the most original and well thought-out stories I've ever read,
'Ill Met By Starlight'. It's dark, sharp, and at times it's
very chilling.

It's also gotten zero response from this list.

Sadly that's life. With the huge amount of, ranma (one example) related,
fanfics coming down the pipe, I hardly have time to read those Fan Fics
that I do like let alone get into newer fics. There are more authors than
just Mike and Susan who have been writing great stuff but have gotten
little to no response. But I have saved every Fanfic posted on this list
since sometime in 1996. It comes up to be about 30 Megabytes but at some
point in my life I will read it. Not much of a consolation but I don't hit
the delete button nearly as often as my hard drive would like me to.

As with life its all in the packaging. I've recently gone through many of
my fics in storage and have come across real winners. Other times I have
found it to be not worth my time. The mark of a good author isn't that
they are getting immediate and constant praise although that tends to
help one's self esteem. Rather endurance, every author has had duds.
I've seen work on this list that should be published, for the most part
these people haven't been given the time of day.

I dunno. Heck with it. Maybe I'm the one that's outta touch
here, but that's what I havta say.

So said, glad you said it,
