You do run into a few problems. For example, the Angel in Eva ep 19..

Well this is not just Usagi, this is Usagi with a few years of being
Misato behind her belt. Chances are she'd bypass the speech and just start
to kick Angel butt....:P

That is if she's going after just the Angel's...100:1 she'd probably make
a little time for a Gendou and a few others in the series...>:)
 

Even assuming the Angels respect the speech/transformation timeouts, I
just can't see the various Sailors coming close to an Angel's power
with anythign less then a season ender/movie class attack.

 
As with all crossovers you do generally run into power level problems, but
I don't find it to big a leap in logic for Usagi to be able to take down
an angel. The Silver Crystal is pretty powerfull and this Usagi does seem
to be able to use this...

Anyway, to save bandwidth here I'll hit another couple of points here. I
really, really, really like this fic Nick. Great job considiring I'm not
that big of an Eva booster (ESCAFLOWNE!!!!). 

One question I'm wondering is if you've ready some of what Anno and other
Gainax memebers have said in public. IIRC Misato was inspried by Usagi,
and when they got Kotono-san to play the part....:)

Anyway good job, and if you do want to do more I'll be looking forward to
it...
