The first idea sounds like it has merit.  It could turn out to be a 
great fic.   Let me know if you decide to write it.  ^_^.

First, remember that scene in Ranma, when Ranma and Kuno jumped into the 
pool, and Ranma slammed Kuno into the concrete and then stepped on his 
head?  What if that killed Kuno?  What if the slam broke his neck, and 
the slam crushed his skull?  Well, Ranma would probably forever
