Finally. I've got some time to do a decent review of this one.
	The impression I get of this Rei is one who does not fit into the
EVA universe. Not particularly angsty, somehow. That's rather refreshing,
actually. ^_^ I note that despite being separated from her father for
three years, she holds no animosity towards him and, in fact, seems to be
trying to get closer to him. I'm supposing that her past is not the same
as Shinji's of the original, then. Gendou himself, too, is rather
different. Much more accepting of Rei. And this new Shinji...well, he
seems to be different, as well. Everyone but Misato and Ritsuko so far, it
looks. Not completely, of course; then it wouldn't be EVA, but markedly. I
like it, so far. Just make sure it doesn't completely run away, though,
and make sure you do account for those differences.
