* REC.ARTS.ANIME.CREATIVE
This moderated newsgroup serves as a place for the posting of anime or
manga related fan work, including stories, parodies, scripts, poems,
song lyrics, and original artwork. Welcoming information on the group is
posted monthly to it, and is available on the web at
http://www.cs.ubc.ca/spider/edmonds/anime/raac-intro.txt .
Post to rec.arts.anime.creative as you would any other Usenet group. If
you do not know how to do this, consult your internet provider. If your
provider does not facilitate posting to Usenet groups, then you may
instead E-mail your submissions to <rec-arts-anime-creative@cs.ubc.ca>.
Only actual fan works may be posted to RAAC - any discussion regarding
such works should be posted to rec.arts.anime.fandom or elsewhere. Note
also that RAAC is for finished works (or sections thereof), not drafts
that you are expecting to revise based on reader comments.
All fan works posted to RAAC are (eventually) archived at
ftp://ftp.cs.ubc.ca/pub/archive/anime-fan-works/ . There are also
several mirror sites, including http://www.tass.org/fanfic/ and
http://www.anime.usacomputers.net/pub/Anime/FanFiction .
Any inquiries, comments or suggestions regarding RAAC should be sent to

* THE FFML REMAILER
The FFML has a remailer system which contains some of the fanfiction
from the earlier days of the list. To get the list of stories archived
on the remailer, send a blank email (no subject, no message) to:
ftp@ranma.net
You will shortly receive a message listing the remailer's current
contents along with their email addresses.
To retrieve a story from the remailer, find it on the remailer list and
send a blank email (no subject, no message) to the address listed beside
it. You will then receive a message containing the story you requested.

Offers an HTML archive of recent posts; also maintains an automated
database of the email addresses for authors of most of the recently
posted fanfics, and HTML versions of the FFML FAQ and this document.
Fanfic Synopses Lists

Collects weekly authors' synopses of fics posted to FFML. A valuable
resource to help readers sort through the large volume of fics posted
each week. The lists will be periodically posted to FFML along with
instructions on how to submit your own synopses. For more info E-mail
<mhc8@pantheon.yale.edu>. The maintainers request that you include
[synopses-list] in the subject header for all such messages.
The Spam List
An auxiliary mailing list (not officially associated with FFML) for
discussion of topics that are too "Spammy" for the FFML. It is owned and
maintained by Damon Casale <damoo@universal-net.com> . To subscribe,
E-mail <majordomo@universal-net.com> with subscribe ffml-d in the body
of the message.
The Newbie Forum
A group of writers who are relatively new to the FFML, and those who are
interested in helping out new writers. For information, E-mail Andrew
Petalik <wolf@sbm.org>.
The Ronin List
A mailing list maintained by Wayne "Stargazer" Pillion
<pillion@expert.cc.purdue.edu>. E-mail him for info. In the past, it has
functioned as a pre-reader list; what it will be in the future is
uncertain.
Comment Patrol
