...now I'm faced with the moral dilemma of releasing it prematurely
before the voting (which has been consistently in favor of certain
people and unlikely to change) is done, or waiting around for the
natural December 1st release date.  Not to mention actually
typing up Round 4 Results, which are far less interesting.

	I'd have to say that you release Round 4 BEFORE the final round,
whenever it is done.  I think it doesn't matter if its a landslide
right now, but definitely don't mess with the continuity of the story.
But if that's not the case, and you are posting them in order, then I
say..

	POST IT.
