	Wait! I know!
Record shows I've been rather lax since I last sent out a chapter of this.
OK. So this one is out. Another crossover from you know who. Funny, I seem
to be doing a lot of this crossovers lately. I've taken a bit of a break
from my work in Angel's Chronicles to finish this one.
It had been an uphill struggle to find something to put me in the mood.
Primary reason why both my fics have suffered from large delays. Never
again --- I think. ^_-
	Well, here's Chapter 3.
I call it Home Is Where The Goddess Is.
Tell me what you think of this one. C&Cs are welcome. Flames will be
doused. Rantings will be tolerated. All titles included in this one is
copyrighted by the people who made them. All of them're a wonderful bunch.
Don't bother with the legal stuff. I'm calmly ignoring them…

A few more things before we start:
Compliments are extended to the Zu, primarily Switch's exhausting detail
to grammar and quotes. Yes, quotes. I think he drove me up the proverbial
wall with it. Still, it helped a lot. Even if I didn't listen to half his
rantings about it.
	Tee-hee. 0_0
Another heart felt thanks to Scott otherwise know as SKJam to us all in
the ML. His help in my errors concerning BGC timeline allowed me to change
it before I actually sent this one. Go blame him for making me restructure
the whole lot.
	Not that I mind.
Made for a more interesting story arc actually.
	Thanks Scott.
To all the others, you know who you people are.

Chapter 3: Home Is Where The Goddess Is
===============================

Mackie Stingray felt the world around him explode in an intense,
rainbow-hued light. He reflexively shut his eyes only to find his abused
head throbbing from the aftereffects of all that stuff he'd drunk last night.
<Owww… Never should have trusted them. Should've seen it coming…>
He was still muttering rather unflattering comments about women in general
as well as berating himself for his lack of foresight while he lamented on
how he felt.
<Shoulda learned to avoid them when those girls got all too nicey-nice to
me.> he thought to himself.
Mackie blindly groped around the table beside his bed for any sign of the
pills his sister usually left there during those nights he left in the
company of the other Knight Sabers. Lucky for him he could barely even
remember anything of last night. Still, he prayed fervently he didn't do
anything too stupid or worse.
	His smile was mildly sarcastic.
Of course, with Nene, Priss, and Linna around to helpfully remind him
about last night…. .
He did not _want _ to even think about that one right now. He would have
all day to reminisce all about last night.
"Here." A slim hand guided his hand to the aforementioned pills.
"Thanks." He replied, swallowing the pills. His mind had yet to register
fully divine presence.
	But when it did….
He almost choked on the pills.
Mackie quickly opened his eyes to see two large black pools staring at
him. Had his mind been working 100 percent right , he would have quickly
noted that those eyes appeared rather put off from some reason.
"Rough night?" she asked in a cool voice. The sort that his sister used
whenever she disapproved his actions.
"What's wrong, Skuld?" Mackie asked as he slowly sat up. The pain in his
brain made him wince all the way.
"You really shouldn't drink like that, you know. Too many bad things could
have happened that I couldn't have stopped even with the added protection
of the link." Her eyes hardened like ice. "And it's not helping to endear
yourself to me."
Mackie felt really bad. He went through countless possible things to say
to her and opted for something simple first. No telling what his still
befuddled mind might blurt out. And getting hit with her hammer wasn't
going to help much in his recovery.
	"Sorry."
Skuld glared at him intently. Mackie withered under the gaze; feeling more
and more sorry he'd gone out last night. Cold eyes regarded him; judging to
see if forgiveness could be passed. Mackie shuddered under the prolonged
gaze. The displeasure he saw in those eyes had been enough to make him stop
being a pervert or something to that effect.
	Almost. < I think : ) >
It only felt like an eternity had passed before the anger in her eyes
finally drained away. "Not to worry." Skuld replied, trying to sound like
her normal self.
	She failed miserably.
Skuld stared at him once more. Mackie flinched visibly at the gaze.
"Although, next time you go on a drinking spree, please warn me first. I
don't relish spending the night groaning in misery or taking trips to the
baths."
"Sorry." was all the reply his mind was giving him right now as it was
still trying very hard to defrost itself from its encounter with divine
displeasure.
Skuld shrugged; the anger now gone from her face. She stood up from the
were she sat at the edge of the bed and whirled around to face him. "It's
okay, Mackie." She consoled in a soft voice. "It's partly my fault for not
warning you about the link you and I now have."
	"Link? What link?"
"The link is a special fail safe system developed by the Systems
Maintenance Group to better protect those who held assignments on
Earth-side since if the Yggdrasill System failed for any reason, it will
tend to create bugs that are attracted to those of us who work here. The
last time it happened caused the earthquake which leveled this city in 2025."
	Mackie gulped.
Skuld noticed his fears. "Don't worry, Mackie. Kami-sama already went to
extreme measures to avoid another repetition of that incident. That's why
the link." A pregnant silence followed that statement. "Anyway, the link is
the one that provides this form of protection. It totally secures us from
any bug interference by a factor of just below 99.99 percent."
He nodded offering little more than silence for his understanding or
misunderstanding.
"The only drawback of the link is that it greatly increases the empathy
rating of those who, like you and me, are bonded by the contract. You and I
can feel what the other is thinking. It also bestows a minimal form of
telepathic link."
Mackie cringed at the coldness that suddenly appeared in her voice.
Skuld apparently noticed this as well and quickly mumbled an apology.
	He merely nodded.
With all this craziness happening to him in a span of barely two days,
Mackie wondered if he was stuck in the GENOM version of Twilight Zone. All
this talk about heavenly computer links, myths he'd read in his youth,
demons who wore punk clothes instead of those the movie people thought they
wore plus futuristic divinity was having its toll upon his poor, mortal
head which happened to still be suffering from the aftereffects of too much
alcohol.
Mackie quietly swore to never drink again.
f course, it would only take a few days for him to break it or when the
others dragged him to some bar.
	Skuld looked meaningfully at him.
hen again, Mackie doubted that would happen again.
	Not for a long time.
Skuld glanced at her 'partner.' Much as she hated getting stuck somewhere
other than someplace where she could keep an eye on Keiichi and her
sisters, she didn't mind being around this place. MegaTokyo was, by far, a
more lively place than her old neighborhood in Nekomi could ever be even
when Mara and her assistants kept bugging them everyday.
Especially since she could check out all those nasty boomer stories Megumi
often told her and her sisters.
Skuld hid a pleased smile. Yep!! MegaTokyo was sure to liven up her mood.
"You feeling any better now?" Skuld suddenly asked, a slight bit of
concern creeping in her voice.
Mackie wondered somewhat if goddesses were as strange as the one he had
foolishly wished to stay by his side. Part of him shuddered at the possible
implications of that while another part – the hentai – part was gleefully
rubbing his hands in expectation of possible photo shoots. Mackie's
survival instincts quickly squashed such offending thoughts to oblivion.
This particular goddess had a temper to match the gentleness she tried
hard not to show too often.
Skuld appeared to be a woman – who was also a goddess!! -- with a
personality like the winds. One moment, temper flaring; ready to cast into
oblivion to those who merited her divine wrath. Another moment, the most
caring individual to ever walk this world.
<Guess it just goes on to say how ignorant human beings could be on
certain things.> he thought.
	"How's the head?" she inquired.
"Hurts like Priss used my head for a replacement for one of her drums."
The goddess stared at the young man, arms on her hips, her hair quietly
swishing left and right while her hammer dangled from its position behind
her back. For a moment, she looked thoughtful as she debated the merits of
healing him.
"Stay still and let me get rid of it." She mouthed a quick spell and a
flash of light later, Mackie felt like new. His brain was functioning
correctly and so was his memory which, of course, included all of last night.
He was beginning to hate himself at that instant.
	"Someone kill me now."
"Did you think up enough of a convincing story to tell your sister,
Mackie." Skuld asked.
Today had the makings of a day for disaster. It was about to turn into a
holocaust.
	For Mackie.

===================

Mackie and Skuld went for a brain-storming session whilst the sun climbed
into its apex. <That's until noon to you guys out there. ^_- > Mackie knew
his sister well enough that nothing short of a miracle could get past her.
She'd probably make a sensor sweep at Skuld and get a background check on
the woman while they talked. And if it didn't turn up any convincing
evidence, possible traps or so, she'd probably have Fargo do some discreet
checking of his own.
And perfection was something that would definitely arouse his sister's
suspicion. He knew the reasons for this even if it did sound too damn
paranoid sometimes but it had kept them all alive and safe.
They discussed ways and possibilities but nothing came up that would
survive very long under Sylia's intense scrutiny. So, Skuld did the only
thing she could think of. Offer her divine services to help clear the
matter more simply.
Of course, that didn't mean they didn't need to create some sort of excuse
plausible enough to keep Sylia from getting far too suspicious. Mackie was
still quite doubtful with the plan they had just evolved. It wasn't really
much of a plan. But it was simple enough so Skuld could do some of her
tricks as she called them. Mackie had wisely refrained from asking what
that was to involve. So long as it could get her to live in the building,
he was content to leave it at that.
The clock chimed twelve. His sister should be just about to…… ack!!!
The door opened to admit his sister.
	…… check up on him.
"Shit." He muttered under his breath. "So much for the plan. "

===================

Sylia said bade good-bye to the last of her customers and closed the shop
for the day. She didn't like closing the shop too early but with the rising
incidences of boomer rampages in MegaTokyo, she didn't want to take any
undue risks. Without a hardsuit to protect her, she was essentially
powerless to stop a rampaging boomer had it come here.
Then there was also the matter of their new assignment. Like always, she
had Fargo check in their employer to validate as well as to screen out
possible traps laid out for them. She was still wondering why Fargo
insisted on meeting her in Chez Gestahl. Most of the time she came in
contact with her informer and agent, they usually met in one of those
run-down dives that populated the seedier areas of MegaTokyo. Chez Gestahl
was the BEST and the most expensive restaurants in MegaTokyo. One had to be
very well off to even risk an evening there. Still, Fargo had always
surprised her with the unexpected every so often.
Done closing the shop, she decided to go check up on Mackie before she
decided what to wear at an evening at Chez Gestahl. She idly wondered if
Fargo would finally wear something better than that oft rumpled business
suit of his.
<Dream on, Sylia. > she thought to herself amusedly.
She went up the elevator to check on her brother.

===================

She was not expecting this one so quickly. She would have thought she'd
ingrained some sort of moral restraints on her brother even with all those
hentia acts of his. It seemed she had somehow failed miserably on that score.
	Undeniable proof lay before her.
A part of her idly wondered how Nene would react.
"Mackie!!" Sylia cried out in shock. All traces of the ice-queen now gone
and only someone who quivered with barely suppressed rage remained.
Mackie stared at his sister with his mouth hanging open as he tried to
force some words out of his throat. The look that his sister gave him….
Hell hath no fury like a big sister scorned.
Mackie knew he was about to descend into hell…
Sylia's hands gripped the doorknob tightly. Browns eyes stared in shock at
this turn of events.
"Mackie….." she began fearing she might break down completely before she
finished. "Wha… why…"
Skuld spoke. "It isn't what you are thinking, Ms. Stingray." she spoke in
a subdued voice.
"Ano…. Then, what are you doing in here? I didn't see you enter –"
"— we kinda took the backdoor…" answered Mackie.
Skuld and Sylia stared at Mackie. Only then did he realize one fatal
mistake. Skuld made a sign heavenward as she slowly began to incantate a
spell. She just hoped Mackie had enough sense left in him to stick to the
plan. She prayed he didn't alter too much of it.
"Perhaps I should start at the beginning so as to prevent any further
misunderstandings…." offered Mackie.
	Sylia nodded.
"Uh….I kinda forgot I had a previous engagement with an old friend. That's
her." Mackie helpfully pointed out the only other person in the room.
Sylia merely raised one delicately lined eyebrow before she turned her
full attention once more to her brother. He appeared to be having trouble
remembering his excuse speech.
Sylia idly wondered just how passable this one would be.
Too bad she did not know of Skuld's special skills….
"Well, she kinda called me up and scared the living daylights out of me to
wake me up. I was supposed to help her find a new apartment since she had
had a hard time finding one. Of course, with it being so late, I asked her
come by and meet you first."
	Sylia accepted it without question.
Skuld thank God that the spell was working on her. She hadn't felt so
strong a mind in a long time.
"I see." Sylia replied slowly. "So you snuck her out the back door."
It was Mackie's turn to nod.
Sylia eyed both of them for some time before allowing herself to relax a
bit.
"I'm glad we had a chance to meet, Ms…. ."
Skuld bowed low. "Arigato. My name is Skuld, Ms. Stingray."
Sylia made a dismissal gesture in the air. "No. Please call me Sylia,
Skuld."
She pointed one slim hand to her brother. "Once you've made your guest
comfortable, little brother. Kindly see me in my 'office.'"
Mackie gulped as her sister marched out to her own room above.
"That went well. Somewhat." Skuld managed to say after a few minutes of
staring at the door.
"I dunno, Skuld." Mackie replied hesitantly. "I think she might not have
bought it a hundred percent."
"Don't worry. I'll fix that up in a jiffy. See your sister…." She told
him. "… and for crying out loud, don't overdo it too much. Stick with the
plan."
	Mackie grinned and left.

===================

Sylia casually sipped her coffee as she stared at the monitor in front of
her. The headlines was little more of the usual boomer incidents that she
had not found any merit in taking care of them. ADP had seemingly managed
to get through the week without too much trouble or loss of life. Plenty of
civilians hurt but suprisingly civilian casualties were at an all time low.
That in itself was pretty strange but not unheard of.
Still, with boomer-related incidents, no matter how minor tended to have no
less than five to ten people dead…. . It wasn't that the ADP was slow. It
was just that ADP was always undermanned. Not surprising considering the
staggering losses they incur during the times that boomer rampages were at
its peak.
Right now, Sylia was content enough with the number of incidents this past
few weeks. Something in her screamed at her that something was not very
right about it all. These numerous incidents of rampaging boomers might
hide some agenda she was not privy to.
Her instincts yelled for caution and suit upgrades.
	Sylia sighed.
Deaths had become all too a common thing in this city. Life was now viewed
by people as cheap and expendable. The populace has grown callous to the
things that happened in MegaTokyo for they knew it always ended up with
plenty of people dead or dying.
She knew this as fact and took it to heart.
So why was she so suddenly aware of her mortality right now. As the head
of the Knight Sabers, she faced death every time she went out and
challenged the God-like might of GENOM. What primal fear did this voice in
her raise? Death was her partner in life. Anger and vengeance the life
blood of her soul. Fear she laughed upon in the face.
So why this now all of a sudden??
Her train of though was interrupted when she heard her brother knock.
"Sis?" she heard him say as Mackie slowly entered her room.
Sylia shut the monitor off and turned to face her brother. The chair she
sat on squeaked a bit as she eased herself into the chair; her face sliding
perfectly into the ice-queen look.
Mackie 'oh-ohed.' knowing full well he was about to go not through the
proverbial grinder to make his sister agree to what he was about to propose
but probably have to demolish it as well if he was to convince his sister
to let his 'friend' stay until she could find an available place to rent
out. Mackie snorted mentally. He _ extremely _ doubted this Ultimate Force
would let that particular problem be solved.
Not unless his sister kicked him out.
"We need to talk." Sylia started out.
Mackie sighed as he took a seat near his sister's.
He prayed he could survive this 'inquisition.'

===================

There were days when Urd hated being the maintainer of the vast
bio-computer known only as Yggdrasill. It was one of those downright slow,
slow days. Everyone was either lounging in the central hall or just holing
up in their respective houses.
Everyone was having fun – even Kami-sama was out somewhere.
	All save one.
	HER!!!
She sighed; easing herself in the padded command chair and letting her
thoughts drift. She gazed at the silvery tree that loomed over the forest
of oaks in the garden outside Comp Central. Everything around the tree was
bathed in a golden light so pale that it appeared almost white. The tree,
which too bore the name Ygddrasil, was rumored to be the source of
Kami-sama's strength.
Urd had no reason to doubt that.
Contrary to once popular mythological belief, it really didn't hold up the
whole universe. It was just a tree with silvery bark and golden leaves.
What power it might hold it didn't show it. But what others did not know
was that this tree represented the evolution of the Earth. Anything
happening to the planet would reflect at the condition of the tree itself.
And from the way the tenders of the tree complained, the tree was suffering
from the effects of pollution in the Earth.
Just one of those problems man normally creates. Of course, Kami-sama
seemed very confident of the humans' ability. Urd hoped they'd do it pretty
quick. The tree was slowly losing strength and she doubt it could last
another millennia.
<Let's just hope Kami-sama's trust was not misplaced.> she thought sadly.
Urd, Goddess of the Past, brushed the wealth of silvery-white hair as she
tried to find something good on cable.
"Wonder how Skuld's doing?" she wondered half-consciously as she thumbed
the remote on some popular soap opera titled Heavenly Sorrows.
After some deliberation, "Think I'll visit her sometime soon."
Urd had a feeling she was going to be needed.

===================

Belldandy was pleased with what she had wrought.
It had been a struggle to find the right ingredients to make this special
cake. Too many of its primary ingredients were either gone or very hard to
get. It had been an uphill struggle to find them all. She even had to use a
few favors from some of her friends.
The things she had to do to get the proper ingredients….
Still, it would be worth it all if she could make Alanna move out of the
shell she had encased herself in. She sighed as she finished cleansing the
counter. She prayed she would succeed. Children do not deserve to
experience such pain as Alanna have. And she would do everything in her
power to take that pain away.
She did not fail to see that the child's pain reflected what she felt of
this world's pain. Earth's primary race were killing her slowly and her
pleas had fallen on too many deaf ears. and those who heard it were too
powerless to do anything about it.
But the children she raised now would not be so. She had ingrained a deep
sense of morality and responsibility on each of her children and she knew
the day would come when her children would carry on her dreams for a better
future to a world she loved so much.
Belldandy shook her mind clear of those thoughts. Today was Alanna's
birthday and she intended it to be very special. She will not ruin it by
condemning all of humanity. She had learned a great deal about humans in
the time she had spent with her beloved.
No. Humans deserved a chance. And she would give that chance to them
whatever it takes.
Kami-sama knows they deserve it for all they've been through all these
centuries!
That was all they truly needed – most of the time.
A hand suddenly snaked across her slim waist that only a goddess could
possible maintain. Belldandy smiled as she felt something wet touch her on
the nape of her neck. Her skin tingled as she let out a rather lustful (?)
moan.
	"Keiichi…" Belldandy began, "Not now…"
Keiichi withdrew his lips from his wife's nape and gently kissed her.
"I see we're all so very comfy with one another even in public."
"Megumi???!!!" Keiichi was surprised to see his sister.
Megumi grinned impishly at the couple. While technically she was over
forty, she looked little more than twenty-five. This was a direct result
from her abduction into the underworld and her subsequent conversion into
their ranks.
Thank Kami-sama it hadn't been permanent as all of them had first thought.
But the cure came at a terrible price.
Tamiya had to sacrifice his own life to awaken the Megumi that had lay
trapped within the demon she had become.
Direct intervention by them had been strictly forbidden on the pain of
death by Kami-sama. Belldandy still shuddered when she recalled Kami-sama's
firm voice telling them that. She could never explain the reasons but
Keiichi and his friends aided by Mara -- who helped for her own reasons no
doubt – went in search of Megumi in the city.
The resulting battle had almost been enough to attract unwanted attention.
Lucky for them they managed to stop Megumi before she could complete the
orders she had been given by the Demon King Tamaar-Sekin.
Belldandy felt a rush of remorse filling her with her recollection of that
time.
The horrors that her friends had to go through before it all ended. The
end had not been the stuff great adventure stories were made from.
Sacrifices had to be made. She had almost lost Keiichi as well had not
Tamiya interfered.
She would be forever grateful for Tamiya.
Beldandy knew it could never be enough.
Nothing could have been enough payment.
Both she and Tamiya had only been married a scant few months. The
resulting effect of his death by her hands nearly drove Megumi to take her
own life. Good thing her husband managed to stop her.
Megumi came out of it all virtually changed. She became a human once more
and carrying with her powers bestowed upon her by the Demon King as well as
the pain and guilt of what she had done. She had been scarred deeply by
what had happened.
As they feared, she retreated into a shell not even Keiichi could break
through. Years had passed and she still remained the same.
	Uncommunicative. Unapproachable.
She was virtually dead to a world that cared not for what had been done to
her.
	Until she met Jonathan.
And things began to change once more.
Belldandy was glad Megumi found her way back once more.
Only Kami-sama knew how it was tearing up Keiichi form the inside.
	 "Hiya, brother dearest!!"
"Rough week, Megumi??" Belldandy asked as she leaned on her husband while
she snaked an arm around her husband's middle.
"Not so bad. My nutty husband has failed yet anew from his experiments on
a prototype android."
Keiichi blinked. "Wha… I thought GENOM had all the rights to that."
Megumi shook her head. "Not really. The boi-techniques required for the
construction of a boomer is GENOM's. But my husband wants to create a real
andriod. One made out of pure robotics. Not the type GENOM uses for their
boomers."
Megumi let out a long suffering sigh as well as a comment about engineers
and scientists making poor husbands.
Keiichi and Belldandy wore a knowing smile on their faces.
"I take it Jonathan would be a while?" Beldandy asked, somewhat not
surprised by that.
Megumi's second husband was quite the genius in robotics research. Somehow
GENOM had thankfully overlooked him or he'd either be working for GENOM or
worse. Still, she knew full well that any breakthroughs that Jonathan Akagi
would get in his robotics research would put him in deadly competition with
GENOM who held the monopoly in boomer technology. Of course, if Jonathan
could actually create a safer system than the ones that GENOM used with Dr.
Katshuhito Stingray's research, it would be a blessing.
And if Kami-sama was willing, she'd be there to help -- this time.

** What?!! Think Belldandy didn't know anything of the real world. She _
IS_ Goddess of the Present, you know. **

Megumi made a face. "Not too late, I hope."
"I hope daddy didn't blow up the factory again." Natsume told her mom as
she stepped into the kitchen.
Megumi gave her daughter a fierce hug. She was surprised to see her own
child growing up so fast. It felt only like yesterday that she had first
held her child.
"It seems like the whole family will be here tonight." Megumi mused.
"What's the occasion?"
"One of my children is celebrating her birthday today, Megumi." Belldandy
answered.
"Which one?" grinned Megumi as she pointed to a bevy of little children
running around in the backyard garden.
	Belldandy smiled. "It's Alanna's."
	"I see…."

===================

Nene yawned as she flicked the off switch on the speaker. It had been a
long and very tiring day. Inwardly she was thankful that there have been no
serious boomer incidents for a while. Minor ones have popped out but it was
one that even the ADPolice could handle for themselves.
She looked about for her good old friend, Naoko. She was supposed to
finish her own shift an hour ago and had promised to wait for her. Nene
whirled about in her chair and stretched two fine and quite shapely legs;
display them for all the world to see.
She heard some appreciative whistles from some of the others in her shift.
Nene rewarded their efforts by sticking out her tongue and tossed her
short hair to show how badly she appreciated it.
She heard someone laugh from behind.
She casually ignored the man who was now behind her; voice low enough for
only her to hear. The man was dangling before her a lovely discount ticket
on the new ice cream parlor just a convenient one block away from the ADP
building.
"Come on, Nene-chan." That voice was pleading. That was good. She always
liked pulling the inspector down a few notches. This; however, did not
escape the said inspector. He knew he needed Nene's unorthodox methods of
gathering info. He needed her help _badly _ now. Daley's informants had
scrounged up some rumors of a secret factory making illegal – obviously! –
boomer research.
He had a feeling something big was close from happening.
He needed to get his men ready just in case. As long as it would help
lower casualties, he was willing to play Nene's game. Not that he didn't
enjoy it.
A few more words of pleading coupled with more discount tickets, Nene was
his. Good for him that the owner of the ice cream shop was an acquaintance
he knew from the old days or he'd be in the poor house. Taking Nene out for
an ice cream was not good as he had learned the hard way a few weeks back
when he couldn't give her anything.
"Okay, Leon. I'll look into it." She relented, pocketing today's loot.
"Why the fuss, Leon?"
"I myself don't know too much. I'm pretty much doing this on instincts
alone, Nene-chan. There's trouble brewing in the air and most of the time
that sort of trouble practically destroys MegaTokyo or kills off too many
of its citizens." He did not need to tell her about what it does to ADP's
people.
"Never knew you to be that much civic-minded." Nene told him.
"Too many times seeing too many families crying out their pain at the
helplessness of the situation. I lost a partner in the very same way.
Boomers have killed many lives. And those bastards that let that happen are
just as guilty as those hunks of tin. I know who they are but we can't do
anything about it. That alone makes me feel useless."
Nene nodded; knowing all too well of the helplessness that everyone was
suffering under the tyranny of GENOM. Not that anyone minded what GENOM
did. The less you knew about anything the better off you were in MegaTokyo
or anywhere else these days.
"I just hope this isn't another goose chase, Leon. You know how that makes
me mad."
Leon shrugged. "Never know till you find out."
Leon left her to ponder that one out.
Nene had the disk to her mouth as she muttered under her breath. "And what
am I supposed to find out??"

to be continued…..

Ha! So ends another glorious chapter in the lives of goddesses and mortals
alike. No action stuff as of yet. Anyone who would kindly help this poor
sap of a soul look for some stuff about BGC KS suits as well as a few stats
on boomers would be greatly appreciated.
Next up…. hmmmm.. Chapter 4 has yet to be born. Sorry guys!! Tell you as
soon as I figure out what to do with the next one….
